Issac was here to chemically clean the air conditioning unit. I've never seen such a dirty unit! He came out and did a great job even though he wasn't feeling well. I'm a nurse, and he decided to stay and complete the job, even though I told him we could reschedule so he could go home and get some rest.

5 stars for Jose our technician that came out today to replace a circuit board in our furnace. He was very quick, clean and professional. He listened to our troubles with the furnace and condenser we have experienced this summer and was very kind. Thank you Jose, we really appreciate you!

The men that came to install the furnace and air conditioner did an absolutely awesome job. They were knowledgeable and explained about the use of the equipment they installed. However some of the communication between departments is lacking. I requested to speak to someone in the billing department and I was told someone would get back to me and they never did. Poor communication.

We got our hot water heater replaced by Scott Syrek. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He took time to walk us through the whole process and explained what he was doing before and as he did it. He also took time to explain the product and warranty in detail. We are very impressed and grateful that we found ARS. We will definitely rehire Scott! 10/10 would recommend!

Technician Caria was courteous, knowledgeable, clean, quick and efficient. Installed my new sump pump which was on the truck..in about an hour. Prices are comparable to others. I was very please and would definitely recommend this company.

I had Jay and Jose Gomez come out and really help us out of the situation we got in from the flooding. First company I called failed and did not show up the next day as promised. This team was here each day of time and made sure everything was handled/fixed. They took the time to look and make sure at what exactly we needed before charging us anything. I recommend them to everyone in this neighborhood with the same issues

The technician who came today was polite, efficient and explained all our options regarding the water heater. He took care in removing the old water heater and made sure all tiles and rugs were covered and protected. My only issue is with the main office and their scheduling, and a different person who came late yesterday, did not have parts needed and did not leave any information for today’s technician. I would still recommend ARS because our experience today resolved the problem with care and efficiency.

Jose Olvera from ARS came out to check on the furnace for our annual checkup. He’s very Professional and friendly! He took time to explain how some of the different parts of the furnace and humidifier worked and was really good!
Jose was great explaining each step of the device call giving me tips to maintain and be sure to watch out for any issues that may arise!

Jose came to service our furnace and air conditioner today. He went through all of the inspection points with us after his visit He was very friendly and he helped to set up an appointment for a hot water heater I would recommend this company. They have great service. I actually called to set up the appointment and was able to get service the same day
