I will always call ARS for all my HVAC needs. They are affordable, don’t upsell you to buy something that you really don’t need, they explain everything clearly in terms you can understand, and they are always polite and professional.

My hot water heater was old and needed a replacement. I called ARS and they sent Lenny on same day for an estimate! He came and saw that tank was leaking. He called his company, they sent over a new heater within the hour and new water heater was installed same day! Amazing service!! Can’t say anything negative at all! Will call them again if needed.

Our furnace went out we called Lowes for an emergency Tech; they had referred us to ARS/Rescue Rooter. The serviceman came when they said, he did everything he could, very polite and knowledgeable. Our furnace was old so we chose to get a price on a new one. The next day the Salesman was here first thing in the am as they said. Matt was very knowledgeable, super polite and no High pressure sales. A comfortable feeling. Tomorrow we get our new furnace/ac. installed.

I had my kitchen faucet replaced, the guys that installed it were very thorough and pleasant. The job was quick and they cleaned up afterward. I will definitely hire them again if I ever have issues again .

I’ve been using ARS for several years and am always happy with their work. Most recently I had my furnace go out in the evening, I called and they had a technician out that night. Everything was fixed, I have heat, and because I have their maintenance contract the service fee was only $49 - for an emergency, nighttime call.
