ARS has been our service company since 2019. Yesterday we had the pleasure of having a Fall tuneup with service person Tim. Tim is a fabulous technician who is extremely thorough and professional. ARS called to notify me that the maintenance man was on his way. He texted me once he arrived. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained that my air conditioner would benefit from an injection to possibly extend the life of the condenser. I had him complete the recommendation. Rashaad was very polite.

Issac was here to chemically clean the air conditioning unit. I've never seen such a dirty unit! He came out and did a great job even though he wasn't feeling well. I'm a nurse, and he decided to stay and complete the job, even though I told him we could reschedule so he could go home and get some rest.

Jalil, the technician who did the work did a good job. Although there was a problem with a tripped breaker on my breaker panel he helped me work thru it and completed the seasonal maintenance on my furnace. Very personable.

Thomas Palmer very polite professional and knowledgeable. Explains everything he was doing. I really liked his work. He cleaned up the unit. Very honest in his work. Above all very humble gesture with a pleasant smile on his face. Appreciate his work and wants that next year he will come back to do the job. 👍🙏
