Outstanding service . Service guys went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. Very polite and cleaned up when they were finished. It is difficult, in this day and age, to get good customer service and it was nice surprise.

My technician Jackson, was courteous and knowledgeable about diagnosing the issue with my plumbing clog. Still a work in progress.

Leaving a second review because our 2nd line had a blockage two days after our 1st and Mr Daniel Neal came out, took care of the issue and didn't even charge us! Outstanding! He is the friendliest and most professional person and absolutely knows what he's doing! The customer service representatives on the phone were also very courteous. Both times they were able to help us on the same day! No need to look elsewhere, this company will take care of you!

My repair man named Aaron came and was very polite, nice man. He came in took one look at my furnace and knew exactly what the problem was and he fixed it. He left no mess behind. Not to mention he is working Labor Day weekend!

Both techs arrived and installed a new efficient, 50 gallon water heater within 2 hours. AMAZING!! Explained everything they had done and even placed the new W.H. over just a bit to allow more room. Great experience. Manual, the contractor was awesome as well.

Christopher Mann of ARS Rescue Rooter visited today to perform a Preventive Maintenance on my Air conditioning unit and did a wonder job. A very detail inspection and cleaning. He even spent some time explaining coil cleaning operation and key items to look for if any problem occurs. I highly recommend ARS service.
