My fall furnace check up went great.

Furnace stopped working and had an error code. Called ARS and they had a tech out the same day. Jose was fantastic. He explained everything and was very patient. Got us back up and running in no time.

I signed up for a furnace tune up through Lowe’s. Terrence came by the same day within the scheduled window & patiently explained what he was doing and the overall unit operation to me, along with which maintenance tasks I can do myself. Very helpful.

Terrence was excellent. Explained what he was doing as he was checking the furnace. Explained that a couple parts may need replacing on the next visit if they fall further from limits.

HVAC annual check. Tech was very polite and professional. Explained what and why he was doing. I’m very confident in his evaluation and recommendations. ARS would do well to have new techs shadow him for a few weeks and see what a great tech he is and what a great representative he is for ARS. Highly recommend this gentleman.

Scott S. came out same day of our Rodding Service request to unclog our Kitchen Sinks. Scott was professional, logical, knowledgeable, and explained all of our fair-priced options in language we could understand. Scott tackled the job in a timely manner. But best of all, Scott taught us valuable prevention tips that can help stave off future issues. Thank you, Scott. We will recommend you without reservation to all.

The service overall was great. I had them out to install a HVAC system (furnace and condenser combo) to replace my old one. Heat pump wasn’t an option unfortunately. I do need to point out they were very patient with me as I worked to try and get approval to complete the work.
Only reason they are getting 4 stars is because of the need to call them back out a second time due to installation issues. That being said, they were responsive and came out next day (installed Saturday, called Saturday night, they were out Sunday to fix the problem). Issue was fully resolved on second visit.

ARS has been very responsive to issues that have arisen from the install that were not found during install. The system is much newer and needs quite a bit more air than the old unit. ARS has been working with me to troubleshoot and resolve, and I think we finally have it. Only feedback I would have for them is add the inventoried return and output CFM to the site survey to see if additional work would be required for the new system. The signs were there that this was going to be a problem and could have been resolved on initial installation, but instead required three revisits.

Very thorough, pleasant and efficient. Isaac provided good advice regarding possible future service we will need. Definitely would recommend him.

We had the recommended service and Isaac returned to do the work. He showed us the blower fan before and after the cleaning so we knew it was done correctly, Definitely would recommend Issac for future work.

ARS has always been reliable and they do great work. Jay was here today and worked to solve my problem- finding foreign object in the drain, then quickly unclogging the Very professional and knowledgeable. Easily discussed our older home’s plumbing status and suggestions for healthy maintenance of our drains.

Once again ARS did an excellent job with servicing our furnace today. I was very impressed with Tom Palmer, the ARS Technician who performed the service. I can tell from how he serviced our unit that he thoroughly knows his job and is a very experienced professional. He even offered me some very helpful advice. Make sure to request for Tom when calling ARS for your HVAC servicing; you will be very pleased with his work. Thank you, ARS!

As in the past WTH this company Technician was very courteous, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He made recommendation relative to air quality which we accepted.

Our ARS technician, Mr. Anthony Mercer, came for a scheduled furnace tune-up. He provided excellent service. He noted our furnace is 10 years old now, beyond its warranty. At his recommendation, he installed a surge protector, to prevent surges that could damage all the electrical components of our unit. Mr. Mercer was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we are 100% pleased.
