I had Jay and Jose Gomez come out and really help us out of the situation we got in from the flooding. First company I called failed and did not show up the next day as promised. This team was here each day of time and made sure everything was handled/fixed. They took the time to look and make sure at what exactly we needed before charging us anything. I recommend them to everyone in this neighborhood with the same issues

The technician who came today was polite, efficient and explained all our options regarding the water heater. He took care in removing the old water heater and made sure all tiles and rugs were covered and protected. My only issue is with the main office and their scheduling, and a different person who came late yesterday, did not have parts needed and did not leave any information for today’s technician. I would still recommend ARS because our experience today resolved the problem with care and efficiency.

After 4 service technicians number 5 (Thomas Palmer) came out and went right to work repairing my air conditioner, he explained everything he was going to do and let me know what the problem was. He was very nice and knowledgeable thank you Thomas Palmer for getting the job done and cooling my home.

Joe came first to explain what to expect and was very understanding about our situation at the same was honest and sincere about what we need but still can afford. Our AC unit was installed the next day and the guys who did it were very professional and reliable. They did a great job so they deserve this rating. Thank you ARS.

Today we had our pipes connecting to our washing machine replaced by Jafet. He did a fantastic job and explained everything, every step of the way. His work was quick and professional. Great job!!

We have been with ARS for several years and appreciate the service we have received. Some of the repairmen will say things should be replaced and then some never say anything about what the last man said we should repair. Our equipment is only 10 years old, our last equipment was quieter and lasted way longer.

My technician Terrance was great! Very kind and professional. Offered an alternative fix to what other providers suggested. Instead of replacing my waterheater with a new one ,he repaired mine . Giving me time to get my funds together for a new one.Living on a fixed income, he saved us a lot of money. I would recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter a 100 over.

I'm very happy with the service. One of the water shut off valves under the bathroom sink was leaking. Lenny showed up with a friendly demeanor and was very knowledgeable. He explained what could be happening since our pipes are old. Thankfully it wasn't a worst case scenario and he was able to replace the shut off valve and faucet supply lines within half an hour. The cost was very reasonable and we would highly recommend ARS for plumbing services.

Our consultant Scott came within a couple of hours after I told my HVAC guy that I was looking to replace my water heater. After walking thru the process and giving me the price, I decided to go ahead and do it. Scott and his partner stayed late to finish the project. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Great job to all of the ARS team that went out that day.

Jose Olvera from ARS came out to check on the furnace for our annual checkup. He’s very Professional and friendly! He took time to explain how some of the different parts of the furnace and humidifier worked and was really good!
Jose was great explaining each step of the device call giving me tips to maintain and be sure to watch out for any issues that may arise!

Jose came to service our furnace and air conditioner today. He went through all of the inspection points with us after his visit He was very friendly and he helped to set up an appointment for a hot water heater I would recommend this company. They have great service. I actually called to set up the appointment and was able to get service the same day

Our ARS technician, Mr. Terrance Spranger, came to diagnose a possible problem with our water heater. He diagnosed our equipment, and checked our household water system. His diagnosis led to specific recommendations and actions. Mr. Spranger was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and honest, and helpful!
