Edwin was great and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC unit quickly after tests ran. He walked me through the issues that I was having. Answered any questions I had; which also (I'm sure) explained my high Clay County electrical bill. SMH. Cannot wait to see the difference. It feels so great in my home. Wish I called Florida Home sooner. Great customer service when I called. Thank you so much!

Edwin Aviles is very nice, kind, courteous, respectful. Great customer service. He patiently answered all our questions and explained everything so we can understand. He is very knowledgeable and showed pride in his work and the company. He is honest, provided us with options and advices. We are very happy and lucky to have him take care of us. Edwin you are exceptional. Thank you! We are the 2 old ladies who you treated like family 🙏

Technician showed up as promised. Advised to clean out the line was 418 dollars, granted you pay the 119 service call in with price. That’s highway robbery to flush a line. Didn’t have time to get off work to call someone else, so paid it and won’t use them again.

This time technician was not as cooperative
I practically had to beg him to open up AC unit
He barely did . Louis usually checks the entire unit not just the light
I was not please with Antonio M he was not professional and not very thorough . he did not even check the thermostat to see if it was working properly. Please DO NOT SEND THIS TECHNICIAN TO MY HOME AGAIN . Ben N was the tech I requested
