Replaced 40A breaker for the outside unit with a 30A per the inspectors insistance. This repair was covered under installation warranty.

Mr Williams was a perfect gentleman and knowledgeable in his trade. I would be happy to use Florida Home Air Conditioning in the future. He answered all my questions and talked to me about my unit like he really cared what I needed in the future.

I had a mini split installed through them using Home Depot. They were supposed to send out an electrician to run power from the panel to unit. They never did. I called them a few days later and they said they would have someone come out to complete the installation. They sent out an hvac person and not an electrician. I called their support number and they were not helpful. They put in a request to the installation team. I still have no power to my mini split. I will keep calling them until they fix this. Hopefully they get it working this week. I will post updates.

Lark called me to let me know that the city is rejecting the permit, he is working with empire electric to get the permit approved.

Ian probably misspelled his name was very professional and courteous to my home. He explained the problem..and gave me tips to use in the future..Would definitely recommend and hopefully I won't need their service anytime soon but if I need heat or A/C service will definitely use them again

Lowes is/ was offering a tune up special that a Lowes employee told us about for $29. JD was our technician who went over both inside and outside units . He really explained how the units work and the current condition of each part. JD was very professional and knowledgeable. We now have a detailed print out of the condition of our unit and what might need to be replaced. Thanks JD!

The blower motor went out. The part was ordered. As soon as it came in; I was informed that a technician would be out right away to replace the old one. This repair was completed very fast. Job well done. Thank you Florida Home!
