Stephanie was amazing! I walked the whole Lowe’s with her and it honestly felt like I had a shopping buddy the entire time 😂 I came in for fans and left with a same-day appointment—she made it all so easy and was right on time. She’s sweet, smart, witty, and made sure I knew about all the specials. I’ll take a good conversation and a deal any day

Service was quick, technician was great. Every detail was explained. I think the $250 dollars a pound for Freon was a little over priced. They did waive the $119 service fee which helped but I think $350 would be more reasonable for a Freon charge not $519. Overall my house is cool again and it was all complete from service call to finish in approximately three hours

@ 03/07/24 Just had them back for a check-up on our systems and Kasey was AWESOME everything was great and even gave me some advice on a surge protector. Thank you all again you all are a super nice company to work with.
@9/17/25 Dave came to clean and check our split unit that we have had now for 3 1/2 years. Dave was great and he was nice and polite got the job done fast, thank you Dave and FL Home. See you all next year
@3/5/26 Tristan came to repair a leak we have been dealing with and he was absolutely great !! He took everything apart to find out what was causing the leak and then repaired and put everything back together, took 2 hours and he just worked so tirelessly. Thank you so much Tristan so far so good 👍🏻
