Very knowledgeable technician, timely, professional and had me involved and interested in what he was doing; personable, friendly 👏 😀, etc., even changed my b filter while he here showing me the correct way to slide the filter in slot. So glad I had new filters on hand or I would not have been able to😅 keep up with this Technician 🙃 🤗

New unit. Heat not working. Service tech didn’t show for first appointment and late for second appointment and had to reschedule. Third appointment resulted in a 10 minute visit and solution.

Edwin checked my system out and found it in good shape. It cost me only $9.
Edwin was awesome! Nice guy. I intend to ask for him next time.

Jim did a wonderful job installing our hot water heater. He explained everything as he went along, was very pleasant, and cleaned the area nicely. He stayed to make sure that there were no leaks, left us photos and contact and warranty information. All in all an A+.

Awesome job had a few things go wrong at first nothing major but they where here next day I didn't get his name but he was the one who came and waited on the inspector to do his inspecting he was so nice sweet and very enjoyable to talk to Good job Donna kay

Ian, the service technician, came out promptly and reprogrammed our thermostat. When the unit was installed by another company, they did not program the heat settings into the thermostat so we were never going to get hot air without his help. Our poor newborn baby was freezing but thanks to Ian and Florida Home she is happy and WARM!

Chris has came out and serviced my unit many times whether It has been him or someone else, I have experienced nothing but punctual, professional and kind service personal… I highly recommend this company and I have to,to many people ,we have been using them for over 12 years and have been extremely satisfied as our system is getting older and we are probably gonna need to replace it soon, they don’t push me into any products or services. They just advise what I should do and offer alternatives as well, such as cleaning coils/other repairs instead of a full replacement… And let me make a decision from there. We will definitely be using their service in the future as well. I wish every company that I dealt with that does repairs in my home was a well oiled machine, such as Florida home and air
