There was a miscommunication between dispatch and the technician, which resulted in me spending 2 hours waiting on the technician who was "supposed" to be in route. When the technician (Tristan ChooQuan) arrived, he was very apologetic and courteous. His work was very thorough and detailed, and he explained his work to me and offered great advice and recommendations on how to maintain my system to keep it working properly. Tristan is a great asset to your company.

Very knowledgeable technician, timely, professional and had me involved and interested in what he was doing; personable, friendly 👏 😀, etc., even changed my b filter while he here showing me the correct way to slide the filter in slot. So glad I had new filters on hand or I would not have been able to😅 keep up with this Technician 🙃 🤗

New unit. Heat not working. Service tech didn’t show for first appointment and late for second appointment and had to reschedule. Third appointment resulted in a 10 minute visit and solution.

Edwin checked my system out and found it in good shape. It cost me only $9.

Jim did a wonderful job installing our hot water heater. He explained everything as he went along, was very pleasant, and cleaned the area nicely. He stayed to make sure that there were no leaks, left us photos and contact and warranty information. All in all an A+.
