The employees of this company are always so professional, friendly, and educating when they come to service my HVAC. I belong to the pro service plan the elite plan, which is easy and they remind me of seasonal cleanings. Thank you, Jerry who serviced me this time you're fantastic.

This was for a hot water heater change out through Lowe’s. I’m very happy with the quickness of the process and the work done by the Florida Home craftsman but the cost is excessive for the lower end model water heater and about two hours of work. I didn’t shop around trusting that Lowe’s would have a competitive price. Not so sure…

Water heater replacement. Not the one I requested but it will do. after the installation, i was left with low water pressure. contractor came back out to try and resolve the issue but has not been able to. still waiting on a resolution. going on 2 weeks with low water pressure now.

Our tech Ian was great. He did our entire tuneup showed me pictures of every part of the inside and outside units. explained everything answered all of our questions. Highly recommend him

I have always appreciated this company and the service they provide.. the last two times I have my bi yearly maintenance I have had very poor experiences - the company must schedule too tightly they are always late - I took off two days from work and still had to reschedule
I hope they can fix this
