Repairman was great; on-time, good service repair and communicated with me remotely. I will say, and maybe it's true of all service these days, but the expense was excessive. I had a minor toilet repair that they said would be close to $400, on top of the $119 service charge to come to the home. They responded well to my asking to waive the service charge (or apply it to the repair) and a 10% discount. Thanks McCarthy.

Nick, the tech, showed up on time. Checked both furnaces and a/c units. Showed me how to change the humidifier filters, how to change the filter in the "frame" and make sure the water to humidifier is turned on or off. Very pleasant and friendly.

I've used McCarthy on a few occasions. The latest was for a tune-up (October 2025). Their technicians are very professional and go above and beyond, in my opinion. I'm always happy with the work they do and the information I'm left with when they finish. As a homeowner, that is invaluable!

We were able to have someone come out the day that we called McCarthy which was a big bonus. We were give a time frame for arrival with a call from tech 30 min. before arrival. The tech was prompt and very courteous. Freddy was able to pin point the leak which ended up being the toilet wax seal, he was able to replace the seal.

Cesar & Alejandro are the absolute best! Both did such an amazing job with my new system! They communicated throughout the day with me & gave me updates on the new features of the system, highly recommend them & McCarty services for any system repairs you may need! I am beyond thankful & grateful for there services!

McCarthy installed my new HVAC system about 2 weeks ago, and it just stopped. Mercedes, who took the call, was terrific and set up a tech to come out as soon as I was available, tonight. (And for free). The tech, Gerardo, was right on time, polite, professional, and effective! He explained that when I had my ducts cleaned last week, a lot of dust inevitably got into the system and clogged the filter. He showed me how to change the filter - it really was choked with dust! - plugged it back in, and the system came back online. He even set the thermostat’s time and date for me! Completely satisfied, from start to finish. <3

The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He provided a tune-up to my furnace and provided a thorough assessment. I appreciate the work that was done and the informative assessment on issues. The thorough knowledge of issues found provided me with the ability to make an informed decision about how to address issues found without any sales pressure. I respect a company that operates in this manner and will use them in the future.

Malachite Cooper performed a seasonal tune up . A 16 point inspection. I had a 49 dollar coupon and that's what I was charged even though there were thermastat issues he took care of. Malachi said that I would pay what was quoted to me. Outstanding customer service. This was my first time using McCarthy but definitely not the last.

Nabil, the plumbing technician, performed my plumbing inspection with extreme precision and care, he also repaired some caulking I needed to pass the inspection. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional, and answered all my questions to my full satisfaction.
I was very pleased. A great experience!
