The technicians who did my HVAC installation were absolutely outstanding! They explained what would take place with the removal or my 18 year old ancient system, then explained what would be involved with installing the new system. Cleanup inside and outside was excellent. They now have a “customer to life!”

Technicians were on time; took care in protecting floors and my home when bringing in or taking out equipment. Received complete HVAC system; explained both heating and air-conditioning systems. Systems appear to be running well and looks nice and neat in place. Technicians were very professional; very much about the business at hand. Finished on time. Pleasant experience.

I’ve worked with several different HVAC companies and I must say this was one of the best experiences. I felt very educated about what the issue was and options for any other items they covered. That said, I also did not feel like I was being over sold on something and no pressure. I chose not to move forward at that time, but I would have them back when time comes to service those parts of the system

Great communication and service from initial contact to install. All of the McCarthy team were professional and helpful. I'm really glad I worked with them and got a new HVAC system during the coldest week of the year!

Showed up exactly on time. Installation of furnace and air conditioner. Reviewed the work to be completed with me before start of installation and again after work was finished. Highly friendly and professional. Worked with McCarthy years ago and came back over 20 years later. Will continue to use them. You will be satisfied with their work. Feel confident with their service.
