Our plumber's name was Fredy. He was very informative and helped solve the major plumbing problem we had.
He took the time to explain to us what the problem might be, he diagnosed the issue and ultimately fixed our problem.

Hot water heater installation was performed with efficiency and professionalism. Daiquan went out of his way to make sure he returned the old product to Lowes so that I could get my warranty honored. He even had to remove a door to fit it into a closet. And when I thought I wasn't getting hot water, he kindly and patiently reminded this old lady how my faucets work. I would highly recommend McCarthy services.

Bekele, our technician, was fantastic. He recommended the Dynamic Electronic Filter to maximize the filtration system. I had an electronic filter system that required 16x25x3 filters costing over $250 for 2. Replacing these every 3-4 months is costly. For $1100, including installation, this eliminate the expensive cost of replacing with these filters.
You still have to change them out but I was supplied with 2 years supply. You still have to check and change every 4 months but not at high cost.
So far it is working fantastic. I noticed after a couple of hours that the light pet smell in our house is no longer detectable.
We are so happy!!

I was very impressed with the technician Chinadu who explained about the system to me on August 22nd,2025 and his supervisor was able to work with me.
Secondly for the installers Mr.Brian,Annabelle and Chanta were very quick and professional in their job.Explained what I am suppose to do to make sure my heat pump/ furnace works very well at all times.

Asghar Joya did a diagnostic test on my old unit and pointed out many issues. He was very friendly, polite, and thorough. Although extremely knowledgeable, he explained issues in a manner I could understand. This is my first time using McCarthy services and I have been very impressed. Everyone I have spoken to from scheduling appointments to Asghar to the gentleman who gave me prices for a new system has been wonderful.

The inspector was well informed , and I really love him explaining things to the point where I can understand any errors. He was able to tell me what he’s here to look at. He inspected the HVAC. He explained everything even if I had an error in the system.

Marvin J. Came to my house to service my furnace, HVAC and outside units. He was fantastic! He took his time and was very thorough looking at all parts of the system. He showed me pictures and provided detailed descriptions of the issues with my systems. He gave me options and recommendations for repairs versus replacements. I highly recommend Marvin.

Basem was professional and did a required heat maintenance under warranty. My flame sensor needed replaced ( under warranty ) after one season of use!
