Update, 2025: McCarthy keeps sending me "please review us" texts, sooo....
We have continued to use MCCarthy Services each year for our ductless Carrier system and furnace. The techs are always efficient and polite, and the annual fee is reasonable. In 2024 our entire ductless system had to be replaced, but the entire process was smooth and they kept our home clean during the process. We continue to use McCarthy each year because they are efficient, professional, and communicate well before, during, and after each appointment.
Original review:
Kyle and Larry were called to our home during a renovation project that required our ductless Carrier system unit to be dismounted from a wood panel wall and remounted on a brick wall. Their efficiency and knowledge of the system has led me to enter into a maintenance contract for the system with DM Select Services.
Kyle's expertise of the Carrier system has put my mind at ease, after having past HVAC specialists exhibit large gaps in knowledge about the system. Kyle was able to articulate the functionality of the tubing, the need for a slight tilt in the mounted unit to prevent drips, and a general comfort with servicing our entire house setup. I look forward to working with them again!
