Good Morning,
I am currently sitting in my living room in shorts and t-shirt. Nice and toasty. This has been a long time coming after dealing with several companies and temp. fix hear and there. Finally broke down and reached out to Lowes and was given McCarthy company. Finally got my items in order and made the call.
Alejandro (Alex) and Caesar showed up to the house. They were very professional and friendly. I went down a few times and asked a few questions and they both took the time to explain information to me of what they were doing and showed me what was needed. I did not mean to bother them from there work, but they both seemed delighted to make sure i was happy and understood the process. Both were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job putting in the furnace. Once completed they called me down and gave me a walk through of the updated and the new features of the system as well as how to operate and program the new thermostat that was installed. I highly recommend Alex and Caesar and McCarty services for any system repairs you may need! I am beyond thankful & grateful for there services!!!! No more space heaters and kerosene heaters needed!!!!!! Was a please hearing my wife walk in the house yesterday evening instead of dang its cold in here, to WOW... what do you have the heat set to!!!!!!!! :) Thanks again.

I've had nothing but great experiences with McCarthy Services. One of their technicians, Erik H, just finished a diagnostic job on my HVAC system that required some ingenuity and flexibility. It was a complicated job but he was patient and worked on it until he identified the issue and solved the problem. I will continue to utilize McCarthy Services for any issues that arise in the future!

I had a complete HVAC unit installed inside and outside. We had a bit of a rough start but the service team and management handled the situation with poise, professionalism, and diligence. I recommend the McCarthy services in Springfield to anybody who has an HVAC issue. You will be in good hands..... thanks guys !!

I’ve been using McCarthy for a couple of years and bought a hot water tank and new heat pump from them because they were most competitive on cost. But the real reason to go with them is the service. If I ever had a problem they are out, sometimes the same day,with service fixes.

What can I said….
From the Presentation to installation of HVAC system w/a little glitch (but was corrected), thru the several conversations with service representatives and then my first to maintenance service.
All I know is that MaCarthy Services has been nothing but the truth!
