What a wonderful experience! Eduardo and Andy arrived at my home on time and went to work immediately on my HVAC installation.
They were both extremely professional and took the time to educate me through every step of the installation and on how to maintain my system to keep it running smoothly and efficiently. I appreciate that they came out on a Sunday. They got to work right away and did not stop until they were finished. They hauled all the trash away and took extreme care while working in my home. Eduardo and Andy provided exceptional service with a warm and caring attitude. I am so happy with their service. They are both gems and deserve a raise and a bonus! Truly remarkable. My husband and I contracted with ARS Rescue Rooter on 3/17/2026 to replace our A/C unit.
Eduardo and Andy came today (3/18) and worked diligently for many hours. They did not leave until the unit was thoroughly tested and made sure the unit was working optimally before leaving. They were very conscientious and discovered a serious problem with the previous unit set-up which they pointed out and explained to us.
All the repairs around the unit were included with the installation price.
We are very pleased with ARS Rescue Rooter and highly recommend this company due to the prompt and great service especially from Eduardo and Andy.

I was having problems with my AC. It turns out that after the inspection, the unit needed to be replaced. I called ARS rescue rooter and today Alejandro and Eduardo arrived on time to remove and install the new unit. They kept me informed of what was happening and that made me feel comfortable. They did such an amazing job, that I was glad I called the company and having these two professional gentlemen work on the job was an excellent bonus. These guy's are amazing. Thank you Alejandro and Eduardo for an excellent job.
UPDATE 3/20/26- I called for a routine maintenance on the AC. Alejandro was professional and made some recommendations. There were no problems, but I ordered two boxes of filters. I thought the price was too high for 4 filters at 160.00 per box. I still ordered them. Thank you Alejandro for a great service call.
