I called and got an appointment the same day. I had system maintenance done. I used my service contract. Dave, the technician did a through job checking the heater wires. He also, drained the line. Dave, is a pleasure to work with. Reviewing the necessary repairs needed in terms I could understand. I highly recommend him.

The person who came out Reinier was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and promptly came out to install it. He was always on top of communicating when he was arriving and was very friendly.

Maintenance for our AC’s have always been great with this company. We feel they are looking out for our best interests when recommendations are made. It’s also good to know if we need new machines or parts they are discounted and guaranteed with the contract.

Carlos and Ricardo from ARS / Rescue Rooter came into our house last minute in Coral Gables to change the whole HVAC system very last minute. Our house had been experiencing a high level of humidity and our old AC system was constantly giving us problems. Their level of expertise and professionalism is an exemplary fashion of what an AC full service company could and should be in South Florida. Came in recommended by Home Depot and we could not be more grateful. Thank you Carlos and Ricardo! 5 stars because I can not give 6.

I have cool air!! This company is very thorough. Eduardo and Juan are excellent workers. They came in pouring rain and waited 1hour for rain to stop before they were able to begin installing my new a/c. Took care not to dirty my floor and even cleaned up after. I would highly recommend them!

First of all, I wanna start by saying how professional Brian is also, the The technician that came today David was very professional and on point and very kind, but I also have to say that I have been dealing with a problem for three weeks and nobody else was able to take care of The problem except Brian that he helped me out and he fixed the problem in one day i’ve had to deal with several people, including Laura from the call center all I needed was to order filters and they couldn’t even do that. She never called me back. She lied to me by telling me that she was gonna take care of the issue and never did so unprofessional shame that people like that are working in your company, but most of all shame on you for hiring people like that
