I just had ARS technician Joel Castillo repair my condominium AC. I was initially very unhappy with ARS because the original technician ARS sent never arrived, I had to call them 3 times for them to respond, and I waited the entire day for them to send someone else. However, I now feel grateful that the other technician never came, and it was worth the headache I endured to find a technician as good as Joel. Joel saved me as an ARS customer, because I probably would not have used them again if Joel didn’t show up and do such a fantastic job. Joel has over 20 years experience in AC service and repairs, so he was very knowledgeable. He was also very patient and thoroughly answered all my questions and explained every step of the process he was completing. I am a lawyer so I have lots of questions lol! He also stopped to make sure I understood his explanations. Joel took his time completing every task thoroughly and also did a very good job cleaning up, leaving my place spotless. Joel also worked hard to try to give me the best price possible. I have frequent issues with my AC, because my building has clogged pipes that cause backflow into my AC. I plan to only use Joel for all my upcoming AC repairs and services. Joel is also a fluent English speaker, which I find hard to find in Miami, and extremely helpful, since I cannot speak Spanish.

The installer Boris was knowledgeable of what he was doing. He explained to me what he was doing and the process. As my broke down water heater was not up to code he had to make some minor changes, but he explained those to me.

Regular service on a 1 year old unit. Not much needed according to technician. Not much was done; used something to flush unit? Flushed the drain. Took some things apart but unsure how to put it back together, but finally did.Visual inspection mainly. Concerning! He said everything was too new to take anything apart! Visual inspection outside and inside! Changed paper filter, which we provided! Thank you! Hope all is well!

The service representative Mr. Luis was very informative. However, the price they originally quoted me was very high. They ended up working with me in the end and I was very satisfied with the price and the work they did. I highly recommend this company. They do not cut corners when doing the work and they value their customers. The service representative Mr. Luis came out to check the units and speak with me and the very next day the units were installed.
