The service was good, I will ask for the same person next time. the initial install was horrible. I question if the wiring is even up to code. And the messed up the outside drain as well. I have not recommend this company to anyone..

I booked ARS 4 times to come out and they NEVER showed up when they said they would. I have a service contract that I pay for each month, but no service! This is a terribly unreliable company. I confirm my appoints with them numerous times, but it doesn’t matter. They just don’t show up when scheduled.
