Joel Castillo came to my home for diagnosing and repairing the A/C unit this morning. He was knowledgeable, walked me through each step of the process, and was very helpful throughout. Eduardo and Juan came to replace a brand new AC unit. They did such a wonderful job and I appreciate the hard work. They answer all the questions that we needed to ask, and without any hesitation, they answer. I want to thank them for everything that they did for us and now my house feels cold. Installation was initially good, but had to have them return as there was / is still I light leak seen via ceiling tile
ALSO... there was damage caused to my ceiling which was addressed by 2nd service person but yet NO response to rectify this situation. 😕 this is not a good look.
2-26-24: rep responded to my condo and made good on repairing the damaged ceiling piece. Took less then 30 mins from Start to fin... 😁 👍🏾 👌🏾
July 30th - yet another service call for drainage issue but this time was given a more feasible solution for maintenance so as to not have the issue reappear. We'll se what happens in three months.

Alejandro did an amazing job. He came right away after we have been dealing without air conditioning for several days. He worked in extreme heat and took ownership of the problem and
was able to diagnose the problem. He assured that if we have any problem that he can come back
We had originally purchased our air conditioner unit three years ago from ARS and have not had a problem since. This was the first issue.
