Best plumbing and hvac company around! Couldn’t recommend Jed enough for plumbing. He is trustworthy, takes his time, and makes sure the job is done right! Call ARS and ask for him for your plumbing needs!

Had a persistent pulsing loud knocking sound in my pipes, wasn’t the typical water hammer. Jed came out and had never seen the problem before but worked through the system until he found the problem (pool house toilet fill valve). Didn’t try to upscale me, just fixed the problem. Gonna keep his card handy.

We were having issues with our tankless water heater. We called and made an appointment. The communication received prior to visit kept us updated on the technician’s arrival. Jerad arrived and diagnosed the problem. He communicated each step of the procedure and explained to us the future service when parts arrived via FedEx. He did an excellent job and we are so very appreciative to him and ARS.

I just bought my new central heat and air system from ARS. This included adding all new duct work and, installing into my upstairs attic space. Zachary and company were able to do this in 3 days. The ductwork came apart at a spliced area, and ARS sent Bryce out to repair it. They were very professional, courteous, and kept us informed of what they did. Great company

Two men came out to help us. They were patient, kind & thorough. We’ve had two units from them along with the cleaning services. When we need our next unit we’ll buy from them again. It was 61degrees inside our home. They responded quickly.

Mr. Pulley was thorough and professional. He explained why and what he was doing throughout the service call. However, I was not pleased with having to pay for a compositor replacement on a A/C unit that I am still paying for. Additionally, I'm paying $20.00 every month for what reason? It has never made a difference when additional maintenance is required. Matter of fact I'm going to have the $20.00 stopped. It has served no significant purpose.
Thanks for the pleasant experience Mr. Pulley, You're just doing your job. 5 stars for you sir. 1 star for ARS.
