We were very pleased with service, sales and installation. Ricky in sales was wonderful to work with. Steve and Alex installed our new HVAC. They did a great job. Very polite and professional. Cleaned up well. Our new system is amazing! We highly recommend ARS rescue rooter!

The installation was completed well and professionally. I think my only complaint was that my ecobee thermostat was reset completely instead of choosing the option to reconfigure the HVAC. That means I had to spend time rebuilding all of the comfort zones, the schedules and all of the room sensors.

I took advantage of a $9.00 maintenance check up. Kevin was most helpful with information about how to keep the algae out of the pipe. He told me about Iflow Which I will look into. He gave me a lot more information about maintenance schedule and extended warranty Available for the Rheem HVAC unit I purchased eight months ago.

I must say to this ars rescue rooter company they all ways ontime and most of all they all ways do a very good job i still don't have any problems with this company I pray for all these workers as they continue to do the best they can may the good lord bless and keep them safe and secure thanks a million guys 😊 🙏 ❤

Labor was expensive for repair work. Jonathan did excellent work and if the system has any other issues will be sure to ask for him to be sent out to do the service call.

The technician was experienced respectful. His name is Christopher he was amazing from now on he is the person I would want if I ever have any issues. He is so knowledgeable and explains things in a very simple way. You can see that he loves his job. He took the time and resolved what seems to be a very complicated issue. He is amazing thank you Christopher!!!

I have an offer from Lowe’s for a $19 AC tuneup. What’s more like a check up making sure everything was running good. The gentleman that was sent to my home to check out my AC unit by the name of Jose, extremely professional easy to communicate with he kept me posted of everything he was doing. He was excellent excellent Customer Service on his part. And it is because of him that I would probably hire you guys again in the near future thank you very much.

had a great experience with ARS / Rescue Rooter Orlando for my AC service. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly explained what the issue was and how it would be fixed. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. My AC is now running perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Undate. 12/30/2025.
Called at 4:30 pm. No heat in the house. Tried to fix it myself. No luck. Lexter came at 8pm and got our heat back on. He was so professional. Didn't scold me for trying it fix it myself. He just made the repairs, and got everything working again. It took him nearly an hour, now it's working and we have heat heading into one of the coldest nights. Thanks so much for rescuing us. We are so thankful. ☆☆☆☆☆
Previously.
Hired ARS thru Home Depot in Lake Mary, FL. The two technicians that came out to the house were friendly, and professional. Cost me a little more than the $19.99 advertised. But I feel I got my home ac unit back into tip top shape for this coming summer heat wave.
A big thank you to Randy P. & Richard P. for their help. You guys are a great example for others to be like you in your profession.

The tech was every friendly and professional, he checked the hvac to make sure the system functioning right and checked any leak. Also, he flushed the drain line and vacuumed.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with ARS today. Omar, the technician, came out to service my equipment, and I couldn't be happier! He was punctual, even texting me with his arrival time, which I really appreciated. Not only did he do an excellent job with the service, but he was also incredibly pleasant and kind throughout the entire process. It was a joy to work with him, and thanks to his efforts, I'm all set for the upcoming season.

Today's 12/15/25 maintenance service was good. Very polite and friendly service tech. We just wish the maintenance agreement covered more when a repair is needed. Like our November service call that amount was way to much to pay for a unit that's only 2 years old. Thank you for listening to my opinion. But your employees are all very good.
