Punctual for end of day service call. Introduced himself and asked me to explain my concerns with the unit. He smiled and started trouble shooting based on my concerns. Upon completion he returned with a smile and asked to see thermostat, he turned to me and smiled and informed me of the issue and ensured me that I have a great system and to go over manual instructions. Wow he represented ARS professionally. Thank you Mr Howard. 👍🏽

I had a exceptional experience on a recent maintenance appointment to my air conditioner from a my company I never tried before ARS Rescue Rooter. The technician Quann was very thorough and very receptive to any questions that I had concerning my AC . He came across as very transparent and gave me what I feel a honest assessment of air conditioning unit. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The air-conditioning tech was very helpful. It was very polite and did a great job while I was here today. Told me just keep doing what I’m doing. I’m doing good and I was very happy and I referred them to anybody because they are good better than their SERVICE I used to have. His name was Dan Arnold

This is for the technician only, Angel Vega. He was very explanatory and helpful and realistic with me. He came in, found the problem, fixed the problem, and was gone in 15 minutes. The price for the part was insane but you pay for speed and convenience I suppose.

The Customer Service and Technician are very professional and helpful. One slight thing they need to fix. Give your technicians closer routes so the customers dont have to wait so long and pass their appointment time.

They installed two units pretty quickly. I think it was maybe 4.5 hours from start to finish. Took the time time to explain everything to me as well.

Even though it was very difficult to get this company to our home to repair our AC, when they did come they were professional and got us back up and running. Jay went above and beyond to get our home cooked down and livable again

Lexter came to do maintenance on our AC system. He carefully tested each unit, made sure water was flowing through both systems the way it is supposed to. He connected a vacuum cleaner to make sure it was all flowing nicely. Great job, lexter Clarence. Thank you. We are very happy to have our AC working so well for the summer months! Thank you!!!

Technician Karanvir Lally was very professional during the whole A/C check-up. He explained the different parts of the system as he went along and there were no issues during the check-up (on February 20th).
