Very good experience. Anthony did a great job! He checked all parameters in the unit and found no issues. Cleaned the outside unit coil, flushed the drain line, replaced the air filter, inspected the pull out breaker, and made some recommendations to keep the unit in good shape throughout the year.

Julio Ortiz Martinez was polite and answered all our questions and and gave us information about other items that can help our a/c run more smoothly and efficiently. Unfortunately we have medical bills to pay du to my wife’s operation and physical therapy right now but will keep the information received in mind when we can make new charges. His information was very useful for future reference. I would definitely like him to come back to our residence for any future appointment.

Technician was very thorough and professional. The technician Karnvir did an Excellent job maintenance checkup. He was very thorough and explained in details about my a/c unit. Karanvir made recommendations and very knowledgeable. It’s unfortunate that the technician was delayed from the initial appointment (8:00am to 12:00pm). But the office contacted me a stated that he is running late. Thanks again, ARS air conditioning maintenance team.
