I originally called b/c I was not able to find the outside drain for my AC wh8ch was totally blocked causing water to leak out into my basement. Joseph worked diligently to find it and clear it. He also inspected my system and explained all of the repairs I needed for my system to run properly. Because my system was almost out of warranty, and the repairs that were needed were major, we determined that my best option was going to be to replace the system. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. I did not feel any pressure at all and felt he was not only very professional but personable as well.

Great experience with this company, salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation team was very careful not to damage wall /floor worked very well with each other and left my home clean. End result fair pricing, good work, friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Daniel Arnold stopped by and was absolutely great. He did a fantastic job by explained the issues with my AC unit. It is a Train and 20 years old. He had it working now but after that many years it needs replacing. Like the slogan says, nothing stops a Train. If you use this service please ask for Daniel.

The tech today (Lexter )was excellent. He explained every step of the service check detail by detail to me. He was very therold and efficient. Out of the eight (8) years, two home new units purchased from ARS with the service, I must say Lexter Clarence has been far the best tech on the service plan that makes the plan worthwhile in sharing his expertise ans knowledge .
