Kwon is a great person, and did a great job - replacing a capacitor with a Turbo capacitor. I give him 5 STARS!!⭐️
I found out later from another service company that the cost of over $600 was excessive!! I blame the company and not the technician /installer!! I also found out that the capacitor should have been under warranty! 😡😡😡

Mr. Jose Rodriguez, ARS tech, worked diligently to repair our A/C condenser unit. He was originally assigned to install the heat kit. Unfortunately, he determined that there were other problems. This resulted in his travel to & from our home 2x more just to get more parts & install them. All of this in one day’s time! In addition, I’m grateful for the prompt attention & assistance from Ms. Tyra (resolution dep’t), Mr. Brandon (operations supervisor), & Ms. Tory (service dep’t).

Luis Caceido at ARS RESCUE ROOTER is a diligent, qualified educated specialized technician with proper Carrier Infinity HVAC system training. This is RARE in this local industry as most don't know what you are talking about if you mention an INFINITY SYSTEM. Luis exudes professionalism even when the homeowner is crispy and irritated over the defect or the repair needed. He spent most of his time diligently testing and assessing what was needed before making digital adjustments and ductwork airflow and damper system modifications. He was extremely polite, listened earnestly more than he talked, because I was too busy talking and complaining. He listened, he calmed me down, he took that in and he gave me assurance and made repairs that I didn't even noticed needed to be done! THANK YOU LUIS --the system(s) (both of them purchased through ARS) are running much better! THANK YOU!

Kevin arrived as scheduled. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. My system is in good condition, but he answered all my questions and did offer suggestions to maximize efficiency of heating and cooling, also offered some upgraded options to my system. If all of ARS technicians are this top notch, this will be my heating and cooling company. Thanks, Kevin!

Great service from the very beginning when undertaking to replace the AC unit. Courteous and knowledgeable technicians. Calls that were returned promptly. A salesman who answered all our questions without adding things which did not need or want. No high stress sales. We intend to stay with and recommend ARS/RESCUE Rooter.
