ARS is more then a jiggle, they do come to the rescue. Appointment was set quick and the rep shows up on time. Got my AC running properly in no time. Very knowledgeable. Thanks ARS.

Ali visited on August 16th. What was most educational about his visit was the explanation of airflow, location of thermostat and filter, and the sensing of heat that triggers the system. He recommended that I add thick insulation & an attic fan to reduce heat penetration into the house and save on electric cost. This was in response to an observation that the thermostat range on temperature was more than 2 degrees Fahrenheit and one room had a tendency to be warmer in the afternoon. Second floor was warmer & the first floor cooler. I've had explanations before but his was the best one. Cool.

The technician knew his HVAC’s. He checked the system and let me know that the next service (when it is cooler) will require some parts to be cleaned and the system will be off while that is happening. The system is running fine. Thank you Jose for all the information and for the professional service. We definitely need A/C in central Florida. I would recommend American Residential Services to anyone for HVAC services.

Ali arrived around 3:00. He showed me some things about my system that the installers failed to address, such as how to flush the system. We did and used my shop vacuum to remove the gunk that had built up in the line. Ali recommended installing a surge suppressor for the system. We will have one installed in a few months. All in all an excellent experience.

Contracted them on a Friday. Installed inside and outside units the next day. Did not have the 14 SEER available so they installed 16 SEER for no additional charge. Discount price was $2000.00 lower than others.
