ARS service my two heat pump systems September the 17th at 10:00 a.m.. ARS was very communicative, reminding me of their appointment the day before, texting the morning of and texting the ETA of the technician. My service tech Dan was also very informative and explained all the good and not so good. I didn't feel that he was trying to make something out of nothing just to get more work or sales. He was very straightforward and gave realistic expectations. He was very respectful with my home/property and the HVAC equipment, making no damage or mess. I have used ARS Rescue Rooter to replace my AC unit last year. They're absolutely amazing. I just had a small issue and they came out to put some paint on the area. The Tech was very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need their seevice.
