I very much recommend ARS, Dan was very helping in supporting me decisions for our AC Unit.
For the last 10 years I had use a different company who was just trying to sell me something every maintenance visit, so it was refreshing to get recommendations that made sense.

The Tech (Christopher) was able to arrive within a few hours of my call. He replaced the thermostat on my HVAC system and took the time to ensure I fully understood how to use it. I have dealt with ARS in the past and the service has always been a 5 star experience. I would not hesitate to call them with any of my needs in areas they service.

Very polite and professional. We had gone without proper heat and air for nearly five years. It was important that a purchase such as this was affordable and fit our situation. My husband stays cold, so I really wanted to get a new unit, just never thought I could afford to. ARS went above and beyond to make that happen. Service was fast and they have checked back in on us to make sure we are happy with our new unit. My husband is thrilled and I'm not scrambling trying to figure out how to keep him warm. Thank you all so much!

My new system was installed three months ago, and I hated that the thermostat backlit screen did not remain on like all the other systems I've seen and had. Christopher came and was able to find the app that enabled it to do what I wanted. A very knowledgeable person who was able to make me happy with my new thermostat at no cost to me. This rep was like a friend. He never took a shortcut and found my issue. He had to walk to my house as I live deep in the forest. I have had other professionals out here and nobody cpuld solve my problem, till this guy. I am so happy this company, and this rep, fixed my 3 year problem. I am so happy.

We were very pleased with service, sales and installation. Ricky in sales was wonderful to work with. Steve and Alex installed our new HVAC. They did a great job. Very polite and professional. Cleaned up well. Our new system is amazing! We highly recommend ARS rescue rooter!

Technician Pierre came to our house today to perform scheduled maintenance on our AC unit and he did an awesome job on our AC unit with checking and explaining things extremely well. He was very professional and one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have encountered. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC services required.
