The dispatcher called me to let me know that the technician was on his way to my house. He showed up on time and inmediateyl started to cjeck my HAVC System. He then informed me that everything was in good working order. The whole precess took less than an hour. He made some suggestions to improve the safety of the system. I am very satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism.. Also, the price was very reasonable. It definately won my business

we had two plumbers from a different company come try to diagnose our water heater problem, but John from ars rescue rooter came in and immediately knew what the problem was. very pleased and this will be our company that we call for any plumbing issue going forward

I had an excellent experience with ARS Raleigh from start to finish. George came out to provide a free estimate on my two heating and cooling units, and he was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He took the time to clearly explain what he observed, walked me through his recommendations, and made sure I fully understood the options for resolving the issues.
I also had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Jeanette Fitzgerald regarding financing, and she truly went above and beyond. She worked diligently until she secured affordable financing for my family so we could ensure we have heat upstairs. Her dedication, patience, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. She is truly a jewel and a tremendous asset to ARS.
I highly recommend ARS Raleigh for their professionalism, transparency, and outstanding customer service.

First time using ARS/Rescue Rooter of Raleigh.
The technician arrived on time within the time period of my appointment. I received a phone call when the technician was on the way to my house followed by text messages.
Travis was friendly and took extra care finding the problem with the washing machine drain. He was respectful of my property by keeping his shoes covered and placing blankets on the floor. Great customer service!

Only company in the area that would respond to a pluming emergency same day. Prince was amazing to work with and was able to complete the task at hand successfully and efficiently. Have been using these guys for years across multiple properties and will continue to do so.

Replaced new HVAC system. Great experience with Dexter (electrician), Matt (maintenance tune-up) and Sergei (HVAC technician). Will contact ARS again for service and for other problems.

No one likes paying for something like a clogged sewer line but ARS really delivered. From scheduling the appointment to Harrison clearing the blockage and even showing me pictures of the break. Carlos and Dallas handled digging up the pipe carefully, going around the irrigation line, and kept me updated the entire time. I really appreciate their professionalism and communication. Great service all around— highly recommend.

My technician was very polite, easy to talk too, professional and wanted me to understand any issues about the system. He did not rush, but did a thorough job. Easy to talk too. I would highly recommend this company. Used them for many years.
