Technician did a great job, triaging our problem with our water heater, and took steps to enable us to fix the problem within a few hours. Follow up was provided, and the service was very professional.

Same day scheduling was made for an urgent plumbing issue and the problem was quickly identified and temporarily resolved. A follow up appointment was scheduled on the following business day for a permanent fix. All pricing was explained prior to service. I received scheduling reminders as well as courteous calls and texts prior to my appointment. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional.

ARS installed my heat pump hot water heater and have been very good to work with. They have been incredibly responsive when I raised concerns and have sent technicians out to help when an issue came up. Brian, the rep who sold me the water heater, has been fantastic. I really appreciate the follow-up and desire to make sure that I was having a good experience.

Met with the sales rep Hunter last night, received a price that beat my other offers for a new heat pump. Installed the next day. The installers were professional and cleaned up behind themselves. They were knowledgeable about the product and fixed an item that the prior system had that was not to code.

Joshua came by to check out my AC and heating system make sure everything was aligned for this cold weather that we're having and to ensure that there would be no issues for this season he was very professional kind honest and very considerate of my time I would definitely have ARS return for any concerns.

Had great emergency service (Sunday) for sewer line blockage by service technician Prince. Kept me informed and stuck with it til he got the blockage (tree roots) clear. Saved us from spending the night in hotel. Knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

This past September I got a Carrier split HVAC system installed. With the dedication to customer service and tenacity, Jeanette Fitzgerald (from ARS) diligently stayed in touch providing and seeking answers to the many questions I had. With her support, I was able to get a top line unit for a great price and am now working again with her to navigate the internal ARS installation department to assist retrieving qualified rebates ($$). Thanks for all of your time and support Jeanette.

Derrick Lawrence was the ARS service technician that came out to the house tonight. It was a routine maintenance check up and as expected ARS provided exceptional service. Derrick was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and very informative. Even helped us to save a little money with the membership package we decided to purchase. We have been extremely pleased with the entire type of service and professionalism we've seen from ARS since our original Purchase back in May.
Thank you for being the type of no nonsense business that knows how to take care of their customers and thank you for employing folks like Derrick Lawrence who are without a doubt masters of their trade.

Technician was very professional. My first experience with ARS. Recently relocated to the Youngsville NC two months ago. Saw the mailer insert about $49 cooling and heating tube up. Made the call and now have a maintenance agreement which was within my budget. Very satisfied!!

They showed up the same day and diagnosed my hvac system. The technician was very knowledgeable, polite and on-time. I recommend using there services . They were very transparent with what my issues was.

Second time back for gas heater not firing up. This technician Brahim found the problem in 5 minutes and removed water buildup from a plugged condensing tube that got missed on our cleaning and inspection appointment prior to having this gas furnace issue But thank you to Brahim for finding the problem with the furnace
