Very good team
They arrived and laid down plastic on the stairs. One team of two worked to install the upstairs unit and thermostat. Another team worked to install the downstairs unit and thermostat. All were very professional and respectful. I hope not to have to replace these new units for a long time. I will remember ARS and Rescue Rooter. Great job.

ARS came out and serviced our HVAC unit. Specifically technician Scott Johnson did an amazing job explaining to us what’s needed to maintain our unit and he serviced it also. Manager Terrence assured us and assisted us as well giving us the satisfaction expected from pleased customers!

Samuel came out and found a leak since our install date June 2025. I have had several issues from day 1. Plus I haven't really seen the reduction in energy as I was told I would see.

The experience with ARS was very Professional. The Technician that was Dispatched to my Residence was very thorough with his work. He looked over many areas of where the issue may be the cause.
The Company Representative that I first spoke with Morgan was very precise on when a Tech would come to my Residence.

Decided to do a tune up on Hvac heater due to cold weather. Service tech here in 30 minutes time, took 45 min inspected everything nothing wrong. Super nice and polite. $49 with coupon for peace of mind. Great experience!

I hope I am not being gouged on this repair! I had this new unit installed 5 years ago and this is the second major repair since I bought the house. Is $4,000.00 a reasonable price? I don’t know as I don’t have a comparison.

Although it was more difficult to get the right tech out here to diagnose my system than I would have liked...they did ultimately send someone who clearly is very good at what they do and they were able to resolve the installation correctly.

Brian Berrios is atop-notch technician. He has deep knowledge and experience. He is congenital and communicates very well. He worked hard to provide the most cost-effective solution to my plumbing issue.
