Got our unit recently installed, had some normal things happen that required a technician to come out. Said came in a Saturday in a timely manner, took care of business and started working follow on visits, even shop vacuumed some extra mess up. Great interaction

I ran into problems installing a toilet in my bathroom which I was renovating. I called ARS Rescue Rooter since I had a great experience with this company installing my HVAC. Harrison came and was able to resolve the problem and completed the installation. He charged me only the hourly rate instead of the toilet install rate since I had completed some of the installation prior to his arrival. I expected to pay the full install cost but thought that extremely fair that he only charged an hour of labor. Harrison also gave me pointers a DIYer should know for the future. I was very appreciative and learned some things. I will definitely use this company again for any future service.

ARS tech Matthew exudes confidence in his ability to handle his job. He went over everything he was about to do, asked if we had any questions and if we were experiencing any kind of problems with the system. You could tell he was focused on getting things done. Matthew completed his work, reviewed the tasks with me. No mess anywhere… Thank you Matthew and thanks to ARS ….

ZINE did great job. Great response time and fix the issue that we were having with our newly installed hvac system. Did not have to pay as it was covered under warranty.

ARS installed a new HVAC system in February and I just had my 1st system checkup. The technician was thorough in inspecting the system for any issues.

Brian did the usual excellent job for ARS. I have noted before that I tried a different company prior to ARS, and I think they scammed me on my repairs. They will never get in my house again. ARS is excellent. Excellent work.

Zak was excellent. We have had ARS for maybe 20 years. We get the twice a year inspection and they have kept our furnace and air conditioner in great shape. Our 9 year old furnace is showing signs of wear. Zak patiently took time explaining what still was under warranty and could be repaired versus cost for a new furnace only replacement. Helped us out emencly! A R S is a great company to work with.
