He fixed the issue (clogged drain) but he didn't have any equipment with him. He needed to use my 5 gallon shop vac and cords - which was a little inconvenient having to clean and air out the tank afterwards. Also, I could have done without the dramatic ("let's sit down and discuss a few things) sales pitch at the end. But I was grateful to have my ac fixed in less than 24 hours.

We were having issues with our HVAC system, we called ARS to schedule a tune up (or similar) and they scheduled an appointment the next day. The next day, they called and canceled the appointment and offered to come out in approximately 2 months. Needless to say, that left a very bad taste in my mouth and I decided to not use ARS again.
A few months later, they approached my wife at Lowe's and offered a same day appointment tune up of our heating/AC, she accepted and they scheduled for that afternoon (without telling me before she did). Anyways, they were running behind, which I can understand, so I wasn't worried about it. It started to rain when they arrived and informed us that they could not complete the tune up and rescheduled for the next day.
Sam arrived on time, did the tune up and informed us what needs to be handled. He was kind and did a good job and did not press a sale on us but did inform us what was needed for your system and offered a solution. Thanks ARS.

We had a ARS come and do a HVAC tube up. Service Tech Zack was very professional and friendly. He explained exactly what he was going to do. He was conscious of our home and wore “booties” over his shoes. After examining and cleaning our HVAC, Zack showed pictures he took of all the areas of our system. He explained issues and told us options. He gave us the quote to repair as well as getting us a free estimate to quote the price of a new unit. Our current unit is 13 years old. Zack was very helpful and personable.

This was my first experience with ARS. I had received a coupon in the mail to have a routine inspection done and the technician that came out was absolutely wonderful! He was very patient with me when I was asking him 1 million questions and was very helpful. I did so appreciate him and the conscientious attitude that he had while doing his work. I highly recommend this company.

Matthew from ARS arrived on time, introduced himself at the door, entered the house with his tools, immediately put shoe booties over his shoes. He adjusted the thermostats and went to work testing and checking the system. He answered my questions, was polite, he’s very knowledgeable. ARS has some great techs, and Matthew is right at the top.
