Brandon and Manual were terrific! Professional, experienced and very thorough. And if it hadn’t been for Jeremiah who originally discovered the issue, who knows how much damage would have resulted. We’re very pleased with the service we received.

While out running errands, I called ARS at 1:35p to unclog/ snake a toilet in my home that had been messed up for 1 week, I was told that someone would come to me between 2p and 6p. I continued my errands only to be contacted at 2:23p saying a plumber would arrive in 30 minutes. And to my surprise, plumber Travis Gibson arrived at my home in 12 minutes promptly at 2:40p. He was able to snake my toilet 20 minutes after arrival! He explained everything, was very professional and efficient….all for a very small fee!!!! ARS and Travis have a new fan! :)

Jose, the technician, was excellent. He showed me how to relight the pilot light using terms I understand
and made sure the unit was working correctly. I would absolutely have him work in my house again.

The service provider was very friendly and very efficient in taking care of my AC unit. He took all precautions needed to provide care of the unit.Everything was explained to me in detail of any possible changes that may be needed and the cleaning of the unit. Despite my system being eight years old, the technician went through a thorough inspection of the hardware involved, then a reassuring check on the system's operation. It was a shorter visit than anticipated, with everything looking good.

The technician that came out was very informative and respectful and he explained to me in a simple way for me to help me with the system HVAC and my options , and making sure why things we happening and showed me as well where the problem lay. So it was a good experience to see someone really wanting you to understand fully what needs to be fixed. Thank you very much.

I went to Lowe's for a couple of 4 x4's and spoke with a woman about a ductless a/c unit and to my amazement. We found two year interest free for applying for a Lowe's credit card. Today we have a ductless a/c unit install on our enclosed porch.

My technician Travis was awesome! He gets an A+ . I had an overflow in my downstairs bathroom, water everywhere, Travis explained everything in detail and got to work right away! Problem fixed and now I can continue to wash clothes and the dishes 😊
