We had a flood under our sink last night that was the result of a "dead garbage disposal" that started leaking. Rescue Rooter got us an appointment for today, called, confirmed our appointment. Sent someone out and in 90 minutes we had a replacement disposal up and working. Great job, completely clean and professional work! Vanja Pazin did a wonderful job!

Both Thomas and Dave did a wonderful job explaining what was going on with our blockage and Thomas used a large auger to clean our line. Thomas also hydro cleaned our line out to the street. Dave crawled into our crawl space and took pictures and videos. Dave also TV’d both clean out to the street, and our main line going out from the toilet Thomas used the auger on.

Anton did a great job snaking the pipes under the kitchen sink and extending the clean out past the bathroom sink drain and toilet to the final drain line. He finished in less than an hour and everything is draining normally. Thank you Anton and Rescue Rooter!

Was able to come same day. Thomas, the tech, was very helpful in determining what work needed to be done. Was able to successfully clear drain line issue and recommended work that would benefit long-term. Very conscientious taking care with area around the work area and cleaned everything when finished. Ugh plumbing issues suck! But what doesn’t is Rescue Rooter! Kyle and Dave know how to snake a drain and make dreams come true! Also! They love dogs because my dog assisted them all the way and we had a great time together! You got plumbing issues, look no further, these guys are PRO! Call them now, you won’t regret it. FYI the photo of Dave on the floor is him listening to where the snake was in the drain, he is not injured:)

Once Vanja and his tech arrived and took a look at the situation, they knew what needed to be done immediately. They had the new toilet installed and everything cleaned up under two hours and that included 2 trips to the distributors. Very professional and wonderful workmanship!
