I had Manuel Avalos from RighTime Home Services perform a schedule maintenance on my air conditioning unit. I was extremely pleased and impressed with the level of service provided by RighTime's technician. The tech was extremely competent, courteous and presentable. He informed me of the work progress and explained deficiencies with the AC unit. I have scheduled additional service from RighTime. I will recommend RighTime Home Services to my neighbors and the home association - the level of service and professionalism is for sure top notch!!

System went down, I called and got a live person at 10:21pm on a Saturday night, and they responded with care and concern, showed up early the next day within 12 hours, repaired the system; performed a full diagnostics, and with a smile shook my hand and thanked me for my military service! Customer service is everything, and this is my new favorite company.

Yesterday our AC started to act up. So we called right time , they sent out their tec Mario S. He came by checked out our unit and was able to see what was causing the problem. He fixed it fast and our AC was starting to feel cold again. Thank you Mario. You're amazing 👏🏽

We had a very positive experience with
Mr. Juan López. He is knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and answered questions we asked him to familiarize ourselves with the process as to how to operate our unit properly. . We asked many questions about our unit as we are concerned that a 6 year old water heater would need parts replaced.and he was very patient. And explained thoroughly. It’s very important for us as Seniors.

That man that came out to install my new unit we’re very kind and we’re very friendly and explained everything about the job that they did thank you so much for sending me kind people cause I had people come and check my unit before and they never told me anything about my unit that was leaking and these gentlemen from Home Depot gladly explained everything peace by peace and I appreciate your Hard-working men thank you so very much Gladly referred them to any of my family members or friends

I have been using RighTime Home Services for the past couple of years now. Their technicians are very efficient and knowledgeable. They offer recommendations if needed but never pressure to buy anything just ti make commission. All my questions are awnsered honestly. I recommend their service for the tune up.

Very happy with selecting Rightime for our new AC units. Tough to know even with all the research we did online what we would get when trying to pick new AC units for our home.
What Rightime provided was a very professional sales associate (Nolan) who walked us through all the options and benefits we had to choose from. Never pushed or felt like we have with other sales companies forcing their agenda.
Crew came in next day and installed every unit then walked us through every step they executed, showed us photos of the completed work, cleaned up inside and out all in record time!. Professional, experienced and courteous crew.
Highly recommend this company to anyone!
