I had a hot water heater installed and the technician was nothing short of amazing. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the installation and kept me informed of his progress. He did an excellent job and when he was complete, it was like he was never here, except now we have hot water. 10/10

Good service on the repair. However I did not appreciate what happened the next day when I asked for a quote to replace the entire system. I did NOT appreciate the hard sell I got when the second guy came over to give me that estimate!

We had a 2 ton package unit installed today. Elijah and Antwan were very professional and kind. It blew my mind at how nice and neat it was installed. 10/10 highly recommended.

I recently had a new A/C unit installed during peak summer by RS Andrews of Tidewater due to the previous unit running on its last legs and not working as efficiently. After roughly a month, I noticed a leak coming from the newer unit and promptly called the service department. They immediately dispatched a technician to resolve the issue. Big shout out to Allen Sherwood for getting the job done well and swiftly!

Buddy did a great job going over the concerns he saw with my nearly 10 year old HVAC system providing a compressive service and the cleaning out of the drip line to avoid another costly overflow. He was also able to get me scheduled with the quotes team to consider our options at replacing the system now during nice weather instead of waiting for some catastrophic failure putting us in a bad position sometime this winter. I'm glad we have a service contract for the peace of mind when the next thing breaks.

Our service technician Hope was able to respond to us quickly and fixed the issue. She additionally identified some other issues and took some pictures. She addressed my concers and stated that she would follow up with the company regarding the installation and issues identified. She was a great help! Thank you Hope for getting us back into a cool home.

Very professional and informative! Really helped us out getting a new Hvac unit. Helpful explained everything to us and came out in 2 days to install it. So hot and miserable now a new unit thats better to cool our house down! Thank you so much for everything!!!
Update: so its been over a year since we had. Great install. Wintertime we had to have them out twice cause well wasn't staying warm in here. I found out someone was suppose to come out twice anyway to do a check up and never did. Here it is june its hot yes but its a BRAND new ac unit its not holding temp. Someone called us to do a tune-up for 69 bucks we said sure, they scheduled us the next day. I got a phone call saying they can come for 6 day. So scheduled that. When my schedule date come yesterday in my time frame no one showed or called. So i call them, THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT ON THE 17TH AND NEVER PUT ME IN FOR THE 24TH IN THAT Time slot! SO I WAITED ALL DAY FOR SOMETHING THEY NEVER FINISHED SCHEDULING. THEY OF COURSE APOLOGIZE AND SAID WE WILL ONLY CHARGE ME 49 DOLLARS NOW FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND PUT ME ON FOR THAT DAY SIAD SOMEONE Will BE THERE WITHIN 2 HOURS. GUESS WHAT A MINUTES LATERS I GET A NOTICE SAYING MY APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED!!!!!! THEY CALLED ME AND SAID NO APPOINTMENTS FOR 3 WEEKS! DONT CALL TO GIVE SPECIALS TO PEOPLE THAT YOU CANT EVEN KEEP A SCHEDULE TOGETHER. NEVER EVEN KEPT UP THE PROMISES OF COMING OUT TO CHECK ON A BRAND NEW UNIT. I HAVE A REAL SOUR TASTE AFTER DEALING WITH THEM IN THE LAST FEW DAYS. I KNOW ITS 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE BUT ITS 90 IN MY HOUSE WITH A BRAND NEW UNIT? SOMETHING ISN'T WORKING! SO THIS IS WHY THEY WENT TO T STARS TO 2 Stars
UPDATE: NOW JULY 14TH SO WE WAITED 3 WEEKS AND THEY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT! DON'T GO THROUGH THEM FIND ANYONE ELSE BUT RS OF TIDEWATER!! SO DISAPPOINTED 😔 made me give a star but really NO STARS IS WHAT THEY DESERVE!!!

I had to call for service and they actually came out with in hours! Tim was very nice and friendly and for not cancelling on me and fixing the issue i will give 3 Stars back well 4 stars. Thank you Tim!

My regular a/c maintenance was thoroughly completed today by Jonathon M. He was early, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, professional, & sincerely interested in customer satisfaction. He was helpful explaining current problems with possible options for correction & avoidance of potential problems with my system. There was no price for services received besides the regular monthly membership maintenance cost. Thank you, Jonathon for excellent service!
