I had a very good experience with RS Andrews and their mechanic Buddy, who came out to do a check-up on one of my hvac systems. Buddy was extremely professional, prepared for the job, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by explaining things to me, offering to look at other situations I have and giving me a professional opinion.

Speaking with Nathan and watching his thorough diagnosis of my system was extremely impressive. The way he spoke and explained what he was doing and not making me feel like a person with no knowledge of the HVAC system was a huge relief.

Our HVAC service technician Hope D was absolutely incredible her knowledge, professionalism and her amazing personality of a genuine person made you feel that they treated you like family. She will be our only technician that we have at the house and we are grateful for the company for having a employee like her

The technician was so kind and thorough with the maintenance visit. It was on time and I received my call ahead notice.
The electronic payment system was not working, and we tried for 15 minutes. Apparently the card system wasn’t working yesterday either?
This was the second attempt for RS Andrews to come out. They did not proactively contact me last week that there were emergencies and could not come. I had to call at the end of my 4 hour window to receive the news, and waited a week to be fit in. I know everyone is short staffed; I just would have liked communication.

I had an issue with my Nest not receiving power from my HVAC system, and I contacted RS Andrews of Tidewater because of their high Google ratings and their seven days of the week service. They did not disappoint.
I contacted them on a Friday evening and my appointment was set for the next morning. They called to let me know they were on the way in about an hour, and my technician arrived about 40 minutes later. He was very professional and was an effective communicator the entire time. He explained everything in detail and showed pictures of each area of the problems with my system. I never felt like they were disrespectful with pricing, even though I'm aware of how these issues can add up beyond what I can afford.
I was so impressed, I joined their elite maintenance plan. I couldn't resist after experiencing so many horrible technicians in the past and weighing the benefits of what they offered. The technician took care of the issues in about an hour and even assisted me with setting up a much needed plumbing inspection through their scheduling service. Contacting RS Andrews was a great decision, and I highly recommend them if you're having HVAC, electrical, or plumbing concerns.

Technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Answered and explained every question I had. It was as if he was servicing his own home. Dylan Prokop did a very thorough inspection on my system and it is greatly appreciated. Professionalism at its finest.

We had an AC problem that another company suggested and diagnosed needing a new AC, and we had RS Andrews come out and actually found the correct problem. They quoted the price and did a fantastic job with the work. All the technicians from the sales technician to the inststall team were top notch and were hard working, polite, and knowledgeable. Thank you, RS Andrews. It's a little pricy, but I can not complain one bit about the work. They need to eat too. Great service today, you guys are great 👍
