He showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous. He was able to explain everything in great detail and was able to sign me up for their membership program which saved me some money. They would just need to come back and fix my refrigerant leak.

Called to set up appointment for evacuation frost and ice on & inside unit outside which is preventing heater not working to heat home.
Derrick was the technician who came out to inspect the problem and was very professional, explained the cause so can repair the problem.
In all I have to say great job im hoping they send him back out to finish and complete the job. 👍👍

Promptly made it out to my house and took a look at what was wrong with my unit. Tech was very friendly and broke things down so I could understand what the issue was.
The customer service rep was very helpful and nice to speak with. Overall great service!

On one of the coldest nights of the year our heat stopped working. In desperation I called RS Andrew's and the same evening they sent Buddy. Buddy had us up and running again and was able to explain why the heat wasn't working. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Also, the repair price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

The technician arrived during the appropriate time frame and he was pleasant, professional, thorough, and swift! He made sure to explain things in the process to make it as transparent as possible, especially since I always ask a million questions! We're very happy and our home is warm again!

Update: Scheduled a furnace service today and Hope was very down to earth yet professional. She explained everything in a way I could comprehend. She inspected all units carefully and talked me through what she was looking at. The visit was a breeze and it was very pleasant working with Hope.

I placed my order via Lowes. Ricky was the technician that came to replace my water heater. He did a phenomenal job. My house was debris free when the job is done. He explained everything to me and made sure everything works without leaks before he left. I would say they are trustworthy and professional. I would use them again.

They do an excellent job,they are professional with their work,I would highly recommend them. They install a tankless water heater for me and I love it. The technician that installed my Tankless water heater is Toby and he did fantastic job.
