Excellent service, great experience! Our service tech, Tein, was super nice. He invited us to look over his shoulder while he was inspecting and servicing everything, explaining what he was seeing and doing as he worked along.

Needed a water heater replaced and found this company randomly, and I'm so glad I did. Stellar service and communication from my installer Justin H. My house is one of those odd gremlin houses where no simple job is ever simple, and sometimes downright nightmarish. Justin and the other installer (didn't get his name unfortunately) handled everything very well and made sure everything was installed properly. Great job, would recommend again.

Technican Hope Davidson came for a routine maintenance. She was professional and nice. She was great to talk while servicing and answering all and questions both me and my husband had. She also inform us of recommendations. She left her card if we had questions later or decided on addition add on later which we appreciated.

Great experience, the technician (Anthony) was excellent, explained everything clearly, answered all my inexperienced questions, and worked around my schedule.
The only downside I had was the price. The maintenance and check-up was excellently priced, but in hindsight the capacitor replacement was probably a little overpriced. It mostly balanced out, and it was a great experience so the overprice was still worth it.

I had a YORK 80+ gas furnace, new 30k evaporator coil, and a 18 SEER 24k heat pump.
I like the equipment and the installers were top notch.
As a former HVAC tech and owner for 29 years, I know good quality. I fully endorse RS Andrews for all your HVAC needs!

RS Andrews responded to my request for estimate almost immediately and sent an associate to my home the next morning. Mr Bryan Fausset assessed our need for a replacement small, single zone HVAC unit and provided an estimate that was 30% less than the competition. An installation crew was out the next morning and performed the work in a most courteous and competent manner. We were able to finance the project through our existing Lowes Credit account which was a real plus. We couldn't be more pleased with the results

We’ve been longstanding customers of another HVAC service company and began to notice issues with quality and customer service since they merged with another company so we called R.S. Andrews when we had an urgent issue with one of our units. They were prompt, professional, and the tech knew how to remedy the issue at the lowest possible cost to us. We have just found our new HVAC service company.

Both the dispatcher, Loretta and my technician, GARY were extremely helpful. GARY went over the top to please, checked every component, checked for gas leaks . I would highly recommend this gentleman's work.
Gary and trainee did an exceptional job checking my Furnace. Knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. 😁
Prior tech, 4/18/25, Nick cleaned the fan and installed an extra filter to protect it. Great job!
