Dustin with RS Andrews, took care of my sewer backup and explained the issue. His explanation was very detailed, where I understood what he was saying. The coupon I used was the exact amount I paid, and was not a bait and switch, like other companies who charge you more. Thank you. Dustin, for your courteous and professional work ethics!

Gary showed up right on time, friendly and knowledgeable and got straight to work, he serviced our machines and advised on changing one part to do with cooling which makes complete sense as summer we were thinking it wasint pushing out what it should. We were waaaay overdue for any maintenance or parts replacements. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Will be returning for our maintenance from now on.

We needed to replace our water heater. RS Andrews was hired by Lowes to swap out our water heater.
Dustin was the tech who showed up to do the estimate. He was very professional and pesonable.
I didn't get the man's name that me out and changed the equipment. He was professional and very knowledgeable.

Caleb D Walker was my technician and went beyond my expectations. I scheduled a regular tune up and he explained every step he was doing as he completed each one to help me understand what exactly is going on with my AC and Heating. He answered any questions I had without hesitation and was very respectful. If I had to pick a technician for the job each time, it would be Caleb.

I was offered a same day appointment but needed to schedule for the following day. I was notified when the technician was on his way. Francisco was very personable, polite, and efficient. The furnace issue was diagnosed and several options provided for resolution.

It's the first time I had to deal with the HVAC, the guy was extremely respectful. He arrived at the start of the arrival window. He was extremely efficient, walked me through how the system should be operating, which was extremely helpful, and he showed me pictures of the system while walking me through it.

WOW. I genuinely cannot say enough great things about my experience with RS Andrews, especially my technician, Donovan Davis.
Donovan was absolutely outstanding from the moment he arrived. He came out for a diagnostic because our primary heat wasn’t coming on, and instead of just telling us what was wrong, he took the time to walk us through everything. He brought us directly to the unit, explained exactly what the system should be reading, and showed us the proper numbers so we could fully understand the issue. That level of transparency and care is rare and incredibly appreciated.
His knowledge of our HVAC system was next-level, and it was obvious he truly knows his craft. On top of being extremely knowledgeable, Donovan was polite, professional, and respectful throughout the entire visit. His professionalism was impeccable, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring.
I also want to point out how much I appreciated RS Andrews as a company. Because we had another issue last month, they applied a discount of about $70 off this diagnostic, which really showed they care about their customers and stand behind their service.
If I ever need service from RS Andrews again, Donovan will 100% be my go-to technician. This is the kind of service that turns a one-time customer into a customer for life. Highly, highly recommend!!

My service technician Jonathan Shumate came out this evening on Saturday January 24th 2026 even after I was unable to keep our morning appointment thank you all for that. Jonathan is very polite courtesy and answered all my questions and was a big help and spent the time addressing my concerns. Jonathan is a great technician and a true asset to your company.

I want to double down on my last review 4 years ago. When I contacted RS Andrews for an issue with the water heater they installed they were very prompt in response to come out immediately and resolve it and that too under the warranty. Cant say how much I am impressed.
