I thought RS ANDREWS did an excellent job checking out my 9 year old Rudd HVAC System!! It is operating and will be out of warranty in 2027! I bought a protection plan for the next year! I will Definitely look into replacing the system soon!

Nick was wonderful. He was on time and explained everything well. Nick was respectable and personable. He is an asset to RS Andrews. I did not feel pressured at all to make any quick decisions. When I have recommended work completed I will ask for Nick. I recommend RSA to anyone wanting an upstanding HVAC company call them.

Great work. I was able to save quite a bit by going and purchasing the H2O heater myself at Lowe’s so I was able to use my military discount; and they came and installed, tested and scheduled city permit inspection for it.

Michael did troubleshooting on a heat pump system, spotted the cause of the problem within minutes. After making the repair he fully tested the system to make sure there were no other issues. Very satified.

Justin was very sweet and helpful. Explained all of our options and ways to take care of our current problem. Explained ways to finance and gave us the opportunity to take time to think about which way to go to fix the hot water heater problem. Did not feel pressured to make a quick decision and that was the best part of my horrible day with water all over my house.

Technician educated me that what happened before and today is easily caused by power surge. He showed me how to shut off the attic unit before calling for repairs.

As on his last visit, Mr. Smith continued to demonstrate his technical prowess, patiently entertained my questions and provided understandable answers, and provided more of his world-class customer service. Hope did a great job going over the concerns she saw with my 11 year old HVAC system providing a compressive service. She was also offered to get me scheduled with the quotes team to consider our options at replacing the system now during nice weather instead of waiting for some catastrophic failure putting us in a bad position sometime this summer. I'm glad we have a service contract for the peace of mind when the next thing breaks.

I recently had RS Andrews out for seasonal maintenance on my heating system, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by James H.
James was timely, professional, and very courteous throughout the visit. He explained the condition of my unit clearly and even showed me pictures he took during the inspection so I could see exactly what he was talking about.
