Same day service, technician solved the issue quickly and was very professional. Hvac unit was installed in August of 2025, problem was with the heating element. As soon as I explained the issue, the technician knew exactly what the problem was and had it resolved in no time. Highly recommended for service, friendly, professional ,and attentive staff that stand behind their products.

"X" was our technician. He took the time to troubleshoot the replacement thermostat I bought and initially thought it was faulty. He did a hard reset and a/c worked. Nice, knowledgeable guy. Highly recommended.

I called ARS because my heat was not working properly. A tech came that same day. He went up to the attic and checked everything then came down and explained what he did. He also showed me pictures of bacterial growth ( mold ) and advised me of options if I chose to do something to prevent it. I took his advice. My tech was Angelo. He was very polite and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

The gentlemen was very nice and knows his job.
Seems that this AC was installed 6 years ago wrongly according to this informative person (Elir ?) He did take pictures.I paid this company over $10,000 and seems there is something always needs to be done. The panel in front of the AC (in house) was installed incorrectly-i want this fixed (NO CHARGE) or i will file a lawsuit. Seems finally after all these years you finally have someone who knows his job.....

Edwin was assigned our service call as we were experiencing No Heat. Edwin was meticulous in troubleshooting the most obvious things that would cause the problem.
This took a lot of time and patience because nothing became obvious. He discovered two contributing factors and was able to fix our problem. So nice to have our heat back.
He did a nice job of explaining things to me and educated me on our AC/Heat Pump. Edwin is a great educator. Kudos
