Ryan, the maintenance man gets the five stars, But I’m upset with the company right now I was never told about the Maintenance-membership. I had to join when I bought the air conditioner. and my air conditioner is just a little over a year old and I have to pay out almost $1100 to fix two things. I’m not a happy camper right now and what happened to the lifetime warranty on my air conditioner

Wow! I have a brand new AC and all new ducts! HOORAY !!! What an amazing experience! I was so upset when my old ac finally broke and sitting in a 90 degree house, crying, was NO fun🥵 But ARS came to my rescue! Their installers, Eric and Patrick did exquisite work here today and now I'm chilling in my home, basking in comfort! They also made a custom hood and drain line for me to ensure I was completely satisfied! Thank you so much guys! 🙏

Manny Barra is the best! 10/10 in terms of professionalism! He was knowledgeable, courteous and personable showing me every step he was making and why.
