The call center did NOT relay the appointment time correctly,however Luis was very professional, kind an thorough throughout the appointment. With my Handler being in the Attic any insultation that fell to the floor, he immediately vacuumed up & cleaned up after himself... explained everything showed me pictures... excellent representative of the AC company!

The ARS tech came at the pre-scheduled appointment. He was very professional and friendly. He preformed the maintenance quickly and made some helpful suggestions to keep our A/C running properly. Recommend using ARS when repairs or maintenance is necessary.

Tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had mold growing in the system and he installed a UV lights, oxidizer and a surge protector. Also received a complimentary coil cleaning.

Our tech was a very good tech to help with an unexpected a/c issue we had. He was able to explain and take care of the issue we had. I would use them again!

I had the pleasure of having Chris service my a/c unit today and by far was very knowledgeable and extremely professional!! He also provided pictures of the service he conducted . I would definitely recommend him and I will be requesting Chris’ assistance in the future for my air conditioning needs!!

ORGESTER The tech that has been to my home now on the third AC routine maintenance is very good at what he does . Friendly, respectful and professional and explains everything thoroughly. Orgester has great knowledge of his job. My family and I are always happy to see him come and do our maintenance for our Air conditioner system. He is an asset to this company. The reason I still use this company is because of ORGESTER. Thank you. 😊

Technician was here promptly. Explained a lot of stuff to me. Offered me some stuff I couldn't do right now, but I did get their plan for $20 a month which includes two cleanings per year. The gentleman that came was fantastic. Not a normal pushy salesman LOL. I hope this doesn't get confused with my first review. I was a little annoyed that they were late and I had to leave but that stuff happens and we have to understand that
