Made appointment through Lowe's, $19 maintenance/tune-up.
Appointment was scheduled and technician arrive at scheduled time.
The technician, Luiz, was thorough and neat, while completing the service process.
I was given a written estimate for repairs as well as, pricing for a new unit. I did not feel pressured to sign with company for replacement of system.

Aliaj was Excellent. He took his time and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and spent time cleaning my unit. He was very careful and considerate and wore protectors over his shoes. ARS sent out the best Person to my home🙃

We got our mini-splits put in today and the team was exceptional! Our salesman, Ray, was so personable and knowledgeable. He had us set up for financing and the installation team - Eric, Quinn, and Hamend - had everything completely and professionally installed in 24 hours! They left everything clean and explained everything to us to make sure we understood our new unit before leaving!

I am very impressed with all the service technicians and sales person that helped me purchase a new air/ furnace system. Everyone was very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. Andreas made sure I saw what was wrong with my old furnace, before they gave me options for repair or purchase of a new system

We have a maintenance plan with ARS. Louis came out today and did our maintenance check, flushed the lines and was quick and professional.

Had a blank thermostat. Turns out we must of had a power surge and it burnt wires on inside of the indoor unit. Did not have a surge protector on it, BUT I DO NOW!!! I do believe I could of had a fire with insulation, etc, up in the attic !!! Tech was early, was very polite, knowledgeable!!!! He brought down the burnt wires.

Just got our maintenance check up on the a/c,. As always he was prompt, thorough, polite. We appreciate the tech that came today !!!!
Just got our 6 month maintenance check today and they also had to fix something from the county inspection. They were here the next day after signing papers and had it all installed that day, but started leaking through the ceiling and they said they would have someone come and paint the 2-3 spots and have not heard one word regarding that matter. Hopefully we will get that taken care of soon. They did come the following day after installation and stopped the leaking , like 9:00pm.

I’ve been using them for years with great results. One of their strengths is their people. They do good work and I’ve found their advice very helpful.
Eksimiljan was just here for our checkup. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and filled me in on everything he was doing. He had some suggestions of some potential issues to be aware of so I wouldn’t be blindsided by a problem.
