First 6 mo. maintenance was included in the purchase price of my system. As is typical these days, it was an opportunity to try and sell me more stuff. I elected to add the surge protector, which, in my opinion should have been a part of the original installation. The service person was pleasant and did a good job but I'm a little put off that it wasn't addressed in my original purchase. Seems like a marketing tactic. I don't like being played.

Our family received wonderful service from this company when our HVAC system went down. They came out the same evening to get us temporarily back up and running so we were comfortable to sleep that night. Unfortunately our system was old and the compressor was failing, but ARS was honest about the cost of replacing the compressor vs a new system and gave us multiple options. In the end, we went with a new system because they offered a very fair and competitive price as well as financing options. Andreas in particular was very kind and helpful. They were willing to install the new unit within a day and though our schedule did not allow for this, they worked to get us in the following day. The installation team arrived in the morning and had the new system up and running by that afternoon. Everything was installed very professionally and the installers were terrific. We had a great experience with this company and our family (and extended families) will be using them from now on. We highly recommend ARS for your family’s HVAC needs!

Overtime, Holiday, rates are very , very reasonable compared to the other places we called. The gentleman called shortly after , and was here within 2 hrs. Didn’t try to sell us parts that were just going to be a temporary , fix in the short term !!!

I reached out to have my AC unit serviced and my appointment was made for the next day. Edwin, the technician that showed up was very nice and professional. He explained everything to me and showed me pictures. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Chris did a phenomenal job doing the maintenance on the A/C, explaining the parts that were needed and replacing them. Unfortunately, for me the labor was more expensive than what I had hoped😕

I want to thank ARS for the excellent HAVAC installation. Travis came out to evaluate my system. I knew it was not up to where it needed to be. Travis explained in great detail what was wrong, how they could bring it up to where it needed to be to correct the issues. The costs were in line with what I expected, and we settled on what was to be done. The very next day there was a full crew at my house ready to go. Patrick and Eric did a walk through with me we went over the install to confirm the job. I don't recall all the names of the crew but they all were excellent worker. From removal to finish was eight hours. Everyone was neat and kept the work area tidy. I know how uncomfortable working in an attic is. They brought everything needed without forgetting anything. The level of service was exceptional. I couldn't be happier, I've lived in Spring Hill for 18 years my house has never been this comfortable. My highest recommendation for ARS. If you need HVAC, electrical, or plumbing work and you wish to have the work preformed to the highest quality this is who you want in your house. This review is a little long, but it's hard to describe how completely happy I am with your company. Richard Marsiglia Spring Hill Florida.

I've been in Florida 40 years and almost every company I've dealt with is never dependable. Well that's not the case with ARS. I had service done on our A/C unit last month by another company and they gave me a quote on a new unit. So I called ARS after talking to some people and Thomas came out on 8/26/25 and went over everything in detail with us, no pushy sales tactics just honest talking. We initially decided we were gonna wait, but then he told us about an 84 month no interest through Lowe's so we said yes. They scheduled the appointment for Thursday 8/28/2025 between 8am and 12pm and told us they would try and come early since we weren't gonna be home in the evening. Well this morning Lorenzo and his assistant showed up at 815am and got right to work. Very professional and showed me everything they were gonna do before they did it. If you use anyone else you are not using the best. They will have my business for the rest of my life, I guess that's why they've been in business over 50 years. Thank you for the great service.

This was actually for a maintenance check of the system.
Technician, Flogert Mihaj, is very nice, respected my property, knowledgeable, and explained what was or wasn?t found.
Their customer service people, Madison, made sure I had Flogert come, as I?ve dealt with him many times before.

I had a 6-month maintenance service done, and technician, Flogert, came to my home. I've dealt with him for 7 years now, both in my former home, and now new condo, and appreciate his friendliness and knowledge of system. He's neat, clean, and respectful to my property.

Josh was the IDEAL service tech. He took the time to explain what he would do and why, did a thorough job and was polite as well. Couldn't ask for a better experience. My only concern is that the Carrier a/c unit I had ARS install only 2 1/2 years ago by ARS is going to need a very expensive repair very soon. I invite ARS to call me relative to this matter.
