I to Home Depot today and signed up for a new air conditioner through ARS they sent out Travis Grippe to fill me in on all the workings of my DEAD air conditioner
He inspected the old unit and told me what to expect with a new system. Then we went into the house and he proceeded to tell me all the details of a new unit and I pretended to understand all the technical details I understood all that I needed and then we talked about pricing
He quoted me a good price but then I asked if he could get the price lower and he was able to get it lower than I had asked for
All in all Travis was very professional and kept repeating the specs and the financing to me just to make sure that I understood everything
I want to thank him for his professionalism and help
I would recommend him to anyone who needs a new system

It was a football Sunday!!! Need I say more!? Tech Tony arrived at 330 pm...worked until 6 ish. Found my issues and set it all right before any payment. I found my new AC company!! It's who shows up when times are ruff!! Just call them if you want it done right!

Edwin is a great guy. He took good care in solving the problem. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and we had great conversation. You're lucky to have him. Great job. Send him next time I need help. He signed me up on their matenience program,which will save me money.

Replacement A/C has been great however permit check rejected the drain line going into the kitchen waste sewer line due to Code requirements. ARS came out within days to fit new drain line and pump and it should pass tomorrow when its re-inspected.

ARS CAME TO DO MY 6 SEVICE MAINTENANCE.
THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, VERY COURTEOUS AND INFORMED ME ON A UV LIGHT INSTALLED WHEN ANOTHER COMPANY HAD PUT IN. EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS FOR REPLACING THE LIGHT OR THE WHOLE SYSTEM.
APPRECIATE WHEN YOU RECEIVE THOROUGH INSPECTION AND ALTERNATIVE TO AN ISSUE.

I have used ars for over 15 years. I’ve had good and very bad technicians (six months ago was very bad), but today I got the best technician I have ever had. I will definitely ask for him again. Great service and very honest.

ARS offers a free maintenance after they install a system. They came out and checked the system and made necessary adjustments. The only thing they don’t do is replace the filter. That is the owner’s responsibility.

They replaced my entire HVAC system. Everyone who came out to my home from this company were very professional and courteous. The installers worked diligently from the time they arrived until everything was finished and cleaned up. I am a very pleased customer.
It's been 2 years now since my unit was installed. My unit is working great. I did add some upgrades to the original system. The service people who come out for regular maintenance are always respectful and professional. I definitely recommend this company.
