Since getting ac unit , we have had so many issues with the a/c . 16 service calls within 1 year of having the unit . Dozens of different techs would come look at it spend about 10-15 mins then say oh it’s frozen the they would leave . Now , I can honestly say in every company you have those who actually know what they are doing and then you have others who don’t communicate don’t reassure you to let you know what is going on . It was always a different theory . It took 1 technician who actually went above n beyond and his name is JOSH . You are friendly professional and you know exactly how to find a solution to the problem . The 2X I met with you I can say I am very grateful and thankful for all your help ! 5+ Stars for you Josh! I feel this man deserves a promotion or a raise because you always go above n beyond & my family & I really appreciate your work ethic and knowledge . To the company ARS , your customer service is horrible , only reason I give 5 Stars is towards your Awesome Tech Josh ! Cheers to you my friend ! God bless .

I cannot recommend this company enough. Junior and Tony not only worked hard to help me with financing, but did a fabulous job. They communicated well with each other as well as with me. They worked ALL day in the heat and did a great job. My new AC is working great. They cleaned up after and there is no trace they were here except that they left me with a cold house.

Extremely happy with the service provided by the technician Tony. He is a dedicated craftsman who takes pride in his work and it shows. I believe that he could walk on water and not splash. Will use this company from now on for my A/C work.

ARS did a very professional job at installing our new HVAC units. The salesman walked me through the different types of units and was very knowledgeable. We decided to go with the variable speed two stage. The installers were in and out in the same day and all were professionals. They lined the floor with drop cloths and wore shoe covers. Big thanks to the installers: Alfredo, LeDion, Josue, and Antonio.

I was very pleased with the service provided by ARS. I placed the AC maintenance request on Saturday morning and by the afternoon the service technician was already at my house. Tony performed the requested AC maintenance. He clearly described his observations and made recommendations. Not only did he address the existing problems but also provided a solution for our seasonal allergy. He was friendly, professional, respectful and left the work area clean. Thanks Tony and thanks ARS

Original install was much better than the so called replacement work. Very disappointed in the work of that was done on March 3rd. The unit was not put back very square either.
Sorry but Josh did a much better job and was genuinely concerned for the customers satisfaction.

Ryan (technician) was very polite and professional. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and provided me with useful information to keep my ac unit in good running condition. Ryan checked my vents addressing issues I’ve had with airflow. Ryan was great thank you.

We scheduled a tune-up for our a/c unit for $29.00. Your tech, Khemend Bushi came out and showed us mold growing around our unit in the attic. He recommended a UV light, air cleaner and surge protector. The last tech that came out last year also recommended these things. We decided to purchase these and the membership plan. Your tech was great and gave us some good info and why these items would help prolong our unit.
He was very nice and did not pressure us. Thanks for sending him.

Drayiold Shkebi is the best! 10/10 in terms of professionalism! He was knowledgeable, courteous and personable showing me every step he was making and why. I was impressed with his ability to go the extra mile to provide world class service! My 5 ton unit got a thorough review and serviced where necessary. Added equipment will prevent bacterial growth and extend the life of the unit.
