Dealt with Unique for years. I requested a service call in which I expressed that the hvac filter to be changed. This is something they dont normally do so I offered to pay extra and gave them the filter size. I was told this was not a problem, but unfortunately there was a miscommunication and the filter didn’t get changed as requested. Full credit to Unique as once they were aware of this mix up they are rectifying the situation.

Ensured we had a full understanding of how trustworthy his company is and how much he loves working with such a reputable team of leaders and techs. We are honestly blown away on how service oriented Dean is and how he made us feel as if we were family.

Our technician Reggie was off the chart. He was so good. He was knowledgeable, professional positive. His energy was great. He was clean. He cleaned up after himself. Sales person was very informative and helpful (John St. John). The price was very competitive and of much higher quality than other systems we have had in the past. Our last system was a Goodman AC that had constant problems with the condenser and was a very bad install. To do anything with the system was costly. When the condenser failed, the company replaced only the condenser and not the entire compressor unit. It failed within four years of installation. The heater unit failed within four years as well. It was going to cost us $1200 for a new heater unit. Unique Air, the Lowes' AC specialists, moved us into a new Carrier 21 SEER system for close to the same price Best sold us a 16 SEER in '22. The installers were very professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of the work as they progressed and cleaned up after themselves. We got to speak to varying levels of management during the process. All we have left are the inspections by the City. Calling for those tomorrow. This system should keep us comfortable until we die.

Very professional and right to work and explained everything. Just don’t think it was fair. The system was replaced in 2023 and was serviced every year. But the technician told me every time that the system was a little low on refrigerant. THIS HAPPENED 3 YEARS INA ROW! They all said should be fine! So when the system quit they came out and then they replaced the capacitor, repaired the burnt wires and 1700.00 later I asked what caused the failure? HE TOLD ME DUE TO LOW REFRIGERANT !!!!!!! I feel I got set up to fail NOT VERY HAPPY!!!
