Unique Services not only offers HVAC services but also provides plumbing and electrical services.

Unique Services installed my new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal (purchased from Home Depot). Josh, their plumber did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction.
Unique, as a company, did the best communicating with me that I have experienced from any contractor.
I would absolutely use them again.

Great that I got 24 hour service on new water heater and Tech got my temp bumped some.. should still be hotter but….
Also checked and adjusted pressure tank…. WAYYYYY overcharged.

Technician arrived on time. Efficiently did the required service. He was polite and personable and I believe he went beyond what the minimum requirements for the job were.
He has been here before and I would welcome him again for servicing my AC.
