Our Technician, Michael, was fantastic and thus made our impression of Unique truly being of the highest professional standards. Michael explained all the purchase options for a replacement water heater and the benefits of each option. After we made our choice, his work was exemplary from start to finish down to the detailed clean up and explanation of his installation nuances. The technician who came did a great job of evaluating what was wrong. But since a different company installed the AC originally, he said he would leave it alone since I still had warranty time left on the install by another company. Thanks for that as I will not have to pay anything for the repair as there were a couple wires that were installed not where they should be that caused another set of wires to melt, which caused the issue fan motor to shut down so the other company will repair it at no cost. I would recommend Unique Services because of the integrity of their technician. Thanks!

I have been using Unique Services for 7 years now and their service has always been excellent. Technician Jeremy came to service my A/C unit today and was very thorough and professional. He made recomendations to prevent issues that can arise and left the decision up to me with no pressure. I will ask for Jeremy for future maint issues.

Last night my AC shut down and it was 82 in the house. I have the Elite service plan with Unique and was able to call them around midnight. They scheduled an emergency service visit for today between 8-12. The technician Mark called ahead and arrived a little after 10. He was very knowledgeable, checked the units inside and outside. It turned out I had a very blocked drain line (a lot of algae) that needed an acid flush. Also the coils had a lot of mold, and there was a very rusted capacitor in the outside unit. He explained to me how the coil issue impacted the drain line issue. He listed my options (cost), and did not put any pressure on me. My AC is 7 yrs old so I felt these options would help to improve the lifespan. Bottom line is Unique showed up quickly, analyzed my problem and give me no pressure options. I would highly recommend Unique Services for your AC needs.
