I called Unique Air this morning for a furnace heating issue and they sent someone out by early afternoon. Zach diagnosed and corrected the problem with the assistance of a supervisor that he called during the visit. He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain things very well. They only charged the service call fee with no up charges. We were very pleased with the promptness, effectiveness and cost of the service.

Cliff replaced my failed hot water tank under warranty from Lowes. Lowes was slow with customer service but Cliff was patient with all of us. He was knowledgeable and operated with care and got me back in service within a couple hours.

Unique presented their HVAC service thru their representative at Lowe’s. Lovely lady who kindly provided some assistance for my shopping and also the Unique HVAC Business. I was offered to discuss their HVAC presentation and was impressed enough to accept a good deal. Unique presented a good offer that will assure my home better HVAC service and hopefully better utility cost..

Stephen was super nice. My husband doesn't say a lot, but he was very happy with the the tech & his thorough services to our HVAC system. We needed to have it cleaned, tuned, whatever you do to keep the system running smoothly & Stephen did a great job!! The office staff was very kind!! I'll recommend Unique Services any day of the week!!

Josh Biggs was excellent! He did the 6 month maintenance on the A/C unit. Josh immediately answered any questions I had. In addition, he cleaned the Evap coil. Prior to cleaning he explained everything he needed to do. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He is truly an asset to Unique. My next maintenance is in July and I definitely request Josh Biggs to service my air conditioner

I have been a customer of Unique Services for over 20 years in 3 different residences. They are consistent in their service. Their technicians are professional, reliable and trustworthy. This recent visit was for a 6 month maintenance. Damian was pleasant and courteous and explained what he was doing. He arrived on time and did a thorough job and gave me an estimate on a part that may need to be replaced at my next maintenance appointment. I was satisfied with the visit.
