I was told he would send receipt by email. AFTER 2 DAYS, I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE RECEIPT.
Ed did a good job. It took longer than expected because he had to go pick up the hot water tank. That shouldn't have been necessary because I specified what I wanted by email when I arranged the service.

My AC stopped working last night around midnight. I tried to troubleshoot it myself but was unable to get it to work. I called the number on my furnace and explained my issue to Marlene, and she's scheduled me an appointment for 8 a m to 12 p m today. The service guy arrived at 8:15 am diagnosed it and fixed it within 2 hours. His name was josh, and he was very pleasant and friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me that he diagnosed and that I needed a drainage pump. He fixed it cleaned everything within 2hrs total.

Super impressed with this company!
We had a mini split added to our master bedroom. My contact with John the sales person and the installers; Yarian and Eduardo was great. They were professional, friendly, competent and honest. We literally had the install the next day after we got our estimate. Great work, especially given the complexity of where the mini split was located, and would definitely use them again if the need arises.
