I had a great experience with this company. The service technicians Jeremy and Reggie were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They took the time to explain the tune-up and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

We ordered a new hot water heater from Lowe’s and Unique Services is the local contractor. They were fantastic! Jimmy came right out the next day and replaced it for us right away! Jimmy was up front with the process and price and did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Jimmy and Unique Services for your plumbing needs!

From the original estimate from Samuel and the bargaining with Connie to the installation by Reggie and Zachary it was a smooth, professional, and very friendly process. Samual thoroughly explained my different options and the pros and cons of each. Connie brought my attention to some extra price incentives and the pros and cons of different ways of either financing or paying outright for the system. And what can I say about Reggie and Zachary who were met with some installation challenges that they plowed through with success and when they left, I believe my floors and the utility room were cleaner than when they arrived. The unit runs perfectly, and I was well satisfied with every step of the process. Kudos to Unique Services and their great employees.

I was anxious about this service, as my tech who served me well in the past years was promoted (John Jones). After several discussions with people at Unique, I was assured that I would be sent a senior tech and not a high-powered sales person. Reese lived up to that claim he was Professional, down to earth and explained everything to me and I was very happy with this new tech that was sent to me.

I called Unique for a drain problem. The plumber arrived before the time, by a few minutes. He surveyed the job, gave me a quote, did the job, and was finished in one hour !
