I called Unique Air this morning for a furnace heating issue and they sent someone out by early afternoon. Zach diagnosed and corrected the problem with the assistance of a supervisor that he called during the visit. He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain things very well. They only charged the service call fee with no up charges. We were very pleased with the promptness, effectiveness and cost of the service.

Sales person was very informative and helpful (John St. John). The price was very competitive and of much higher quality than other systems we have had in the past. Our last system was a Goodman AC that had constant problems with the condenser and was a very bad install. To do anything with the system was costly. When the condenser failed, the company replaced only the condenser and not the entire compressor unit. It failed within four years of installation. The heater unit failed within four years as well. It was going to cost us $1200 for a new heater unit. Unique Air, the Lowes' AC specialists, moved us into a new Carrier 21 SEER system for close to the same price Best sold us a 16 SEER in '22. The installers were very professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of the work as they progressed and cleaned up after themselves. We got to speak to varying levels of management during the process. All we have left are the inspections by the City. Calling for those tomorrow. This system should keep us comfortable until we die.
