Unique serviced our HVAC today. Jeremy was my technician. We're very happy with his performance. We bought our Carrier HVAC from Unique 4 years ago. They service it every 6 months. Unique Air is a very good company.

Got hit by flood Hellene main contractor damaged and never got permits for all work so out of code Clilton came in first to fix toilet they damaged. Fantastic job experienced Great ethics and quality quality of workmanship.
Then main vent , because building contractor did not fix and refused and made worse,.
Clifton came back fixed in day with in Hillsborough code that contract never got permits and things not in code. Now having Clifton do tub and drains I trust him and his Quality he does and expertize knowledge of his craft superb.he will be the only person I would recommend to do any plumbing to do for family or friends.
Thanks for having a person like Clifton on staff

hey i had an expansion tank burst, 6AM on a sunday. i call in, they say we'll be there about 9:30, guy was 5 min early. Mike is his name, great guy, knows that he's doing, fast work, fair price, couldn't have possibly hoped for a better outcome.

I’m extremely pleased with the process that Unique Services offered during a water heater installations
The whole team was great.
From my very first phone call with manager , Dovani, and the last step of installation with Josh, the entire team excelled and exceeded my expectations. Adeliz in dispatch always replied promptly to my emails. Josh called before and after install.
We had a water heater installed, and I was extremely pleased with how much time they gave me to explain the process and steps and Scheduling.

Requested a $29.00 A/C check up. What a bargain!! The technician checked everything inside & out. He removed the panels from insude the garage and outside to inspect the entire unit. I'll definitely use Unique Services for all my A/C repairs and maintenance needs going forward!!

I was very pleased with Unique Services availability and customer service. There was a little glitch with the initial service call due to a rainstorm and the tech not being able to thoroughly check all the electrical components. A second service call was placed on a Saturday evening and the tech quickly found the issue and fixed it at no charge. Both techs, Mark and Ruslan, were excellent. Thanks!

I recently installed a uv bulb on my own. First time for everything I suppose. Normally I would have taken to this platform to leave a review on the technician we had an unfortunate experience with years ago but I feel one person doesnt decimate the company. Ruslan was immaculate. Quick and simple to give advice on what to do , to reset the breaker and the uv would then turn on due to a protector in the ballast. For expensive equipment and the bulb , I was frustrated and at a stand still since its brand new and was not working. He gave me the appropriate advice and there was no catch or fine print. He got it to work the first try with his recommendation. Can't thank him enough. Hes a prime example of representing companies and building that 5* reputation. I would give more if I could. Ruslan / unique. Thank you!

Louis and Zack were terrific. I had a lot of questions and they both answered them all. They explained everything to me and made sure I know how to set the thermostat. Did not leave a mess when they were done. They protected my wood floors and wore their little blue booties after going outside. I highly recommend them to anyone. They also showed me how to schedule my inspection appointment. Guys did a great job on my new ac unit and I would recommend them for the job

Our service technician Abraham Aranguibel Dall was very thorough and professional. He was punctual and performed our routine maintenance agreement plus changed out our filters. He took his time and listened to our concerns and was willing to explain any issues. Abraham went above and beyond with his contact with his management to address our concerns.

I've been dealing with Unique for years, always happy with their service. Today however I had my routine maintenance done but the technician Philip had messed up my thermostat and didn't know how to correct it. Now my AC is not cooling my house. I waited briefly and called Unique back as something is terribly wrong. They dispatched a second technician Jeremy. Thank goodness he was close by. He corrected the problem with my thermostat and actually made sure my AC was coming on and cooling my home. I made sure to get Jeremy's card so I can make sure to have him handle any further issues I may have
