Unique company is one of the best company in the Aircondition service they call to their customer to make sure his Technician is in the way or the technician will be there 1/2 hrs b/4 the time.

Dealt with Unique for years. I requested a service call in which I expressed that the hvac filter to be changed. This is something they dont normally do so I offered to pay extra and gave them the filter size. I was told this was not a problem, but unfortunately there was a miscommunication and the filter didn’t get changed as requested. Full credit to Unique as once they were aware of this mix up they are rectifying the situation.

Audelis was our technician he came out late at night after another technician made a mistake earlier but Aurelia corrected the mistake he was professional and knowledgeable. The service was completed in a timely manner. I called and had someone out the same day. Great service overall.

Reggie was thoroughly impressive. He explained everything he found and showed me photos. I believed everything he told me. This was not the case with the last employee 6months ago. I only agreed to have the coils cleaned if he did it.

Very professional and right to work and explained everything. Just don’t think it was fair. The system was replaced in 2023 and was serviced every year. But the technician told me every time that the system was a little low on refrigerant. THIS HAPPENED 3 YEARS INA ROW! They all said should be fine! So when the system quit they came out and then they replaced the capacitor, repaired the burnt wires and 1700.00 later I asked what caused the failure? HE TOLD ME DUE TO LOW REFRIGERANT !!!!!!! I feel I got set up to fail NOT VERY HAPPY!!!
