Very knowledgeable about codes and how to do a proper water installation. They were very quick to contact me, come to my house for a quote and then do the install the next day, as this was not an emergency and my old water heater was still functioning.

We had a great service call by Caleb. He was able to identify our issue, recommend a consultation on the repairs and possibly replacing the old system for a new one. We set an appt for both for the following day. Caleb is the best tech we’ve had come to the house. Thanks for everything.

The water heater was purchased through Lowes and installed by Unique. Mike was very straightforward about the quote and the relatively small difference between a 6 year guaranteed and a 9 year guaranteed AO Smith unit. The installer, whose name i forget, showed up not long after and did a very good job of removing the old unit and installing the new. I have one suggestion. The new water heaters are equipped to handle an app and long distance control, a feature I wanted so it would be easy to switch it down to 60 degrees when we travel. Setting up this feature apparently isn't part of the installation. It should be. I had a great deal of difficulty and cannot activate it, getting all sorts of messages about wrong serial numbers. Very frustrating. I have texted UNIQUE asking them to come by and fix this for me. At 77 years of age with lousy vision I need help and dont want to spend hours on a tech support line. I am hoping UNIQUE will come back and help me. Regardless between Lowes and UNIQUE I I believe we got a fair but not cheap pricing in line with other reputable companies. As of now I would deal with both again for similar work.

Same day water heater install. Jason was fantastic. He didn’t finish until after 11pm but made sure we were up and running before he left. Thank you for being so kind and professional even with such a long day.

Service and representative was very good. The only problem because you’re scheduling he was late and came in after the schedule time between 12 and four. He did not get out of our apartment until around 6 o’clock. I was very concerned when I made the appointment requested do not be late, but be completed by four. You have a real problem in your scheduling because it’s created disruption for us that evening. It had to change our plans. Just wanted to share this with you.

After 2 installers were called out, and the job was badly botched both times, a plumber named Jimmy came out, saw the problem, and gave us the assurance that the job would be perfect. The first man that was here was named Kevin. He left a horrible mess, the toilet wouldn't even flush. The second man was Cliff Shipp. Said he was a plumber, and he said too he would fix it. After he left we discovered the toilet seat was installed crookedly and the toilet made a horrible noise whenever someone sat down. When we complained to Home Depot and Unique Services, this third man Jimmy came. This very kind, patient, personable man came and had to take the toilet down to the floor and reset everything. It was a pleasure to have Jimmy do this job. Cliff tried very hard to fix this, but he didn't succeed. As for Kevin, he is a total joke. We don't know why the company would keep him on. Surely you must know what this man is costing you. As for Jimmy, God bless him. I don't know what you pay him, but it is not enough. So far all is well, and we hope it stays that way.

Reese was very kind, considerate and helpful as far as letting me know what all was wrong with my air conditioning unit. He also made suggestions as to listening to unique services offers on their air conditioning units. He was not push in anyway, and I appreciate that. Thank you very
