Good, professional crew came and installed brand new HVAC system. Answered all my questions and explained everything. Installed the exact thermostats I wanted too. Did a walkthrough with me afterwards. Would recommend.

Excellent service! The technician, Kyle Dennis, has always been on time for the appointments. He had installed tankless water heater and water softener at our home two years ago. Nice to see him back today when I called ARS for water heater issue. He’s quite knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly.

Jacob and Justin replaced an old gas water heater and brought the plumbing up to code. They were very professional, explaining everything without condescending to a DIYer who has replaced water heaters before. It wasn't cheap, but hiring them was worth the money. Coreen followed up repeatedly, ensuring accountability through the scheduling the inspection. Would hire again.

This was for my condo in Austin. We live in Dallas. The new tenant moved in on Friday to sulphur smelling water. Mark came out and quickly replaced the water heater. He had to work overtime. I was SO happy that he was committed to doing a great job and finishing up tonite! Now, my tenant is happy!

Got a referral for ARS from Lowe’s website.
The guy who gave the in home quote was great and gave info on 5% off or 0% interest for the whole thing on my existing Lowes card.
The installer showed up near the beginning of the appointment window and had two assistants with them. They worked straight through their appointment replacing two functional but 20+ year old water heaters in the attic. They put towels down from the door to the attic to catch any water or dirt, took care to not flush sediment down our septic, and walked me through the new system. Great job!
Would highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter for just about any plumbing related issue.

Got a free quote from ARS in Home Depot at Lakeline. They were running a great special and it's definitely better to get your new AC unit if needed in the winter time than summer. Much less expensive. Great service and great price. Love this Home Depot especially at Lakeline especially the Store and Assistant Managers. ARS is a great company. I negotiated a very good price.

The technician was very knowledgeable and took time patiently to explain his maintenance work on the furnace which gave me some idea about his quality of work. Super nice guy, though I had hard time to understand every word he spoke due to accent.

Cristian was great! He was extremely thorough and efficient and made sure my husband and I both were familiar with our new water heaters, shut off valves, power sources, where and how to change the set temps, etc. He came same day and we were all set with the issue sorted and new units installed less than 24 hrs later. Better than we could have hoped for!

The technician (Mr. Fang) was very thorough with my heating tuneup. He explained everything in detail step-by-step, and did a lot of things to my system that others who have serviced my system did not. He is very dedicated to his craft and it shows.

Here I am again another year and time to get those HVAC systems serviced for the winter. Once again everything was great until we’ll wait for it!………
My technician told me all was well except one unit had a problem with a gas valve. Something about it not sending signals correctly and therefore heat would not come on. So I asked the question HowMuch? YIKES!!!! It was a tad over 1 thousand dollars to fix it. I man I don’t just gave that kind of money laying around. That price was with my contract and discounts. Like I’ve said previously service is great but the prices are way high.

I was very happy with Anthony Gonzales the AC/Heater Specialist with ARS/Rescue Rooter of Austin. Anthony has been servicing my Heat Pump exclusively for many years in both winter and summer. He is a man I can trust and a real asset of ARS/Rescue Rooter. Thank you Anthony for keeping my Heat Pump going all these years.
