⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome Job by ARS Rescue Rooter!
My home AC recently stopped working right, and the team from ARS Rescue Rooter came through big time! Carlos Yi (Lead) and Edgar Garcia (Helper) did an amazing job replacing my old unit with a brand-new, top-of-the-line system — all in under five hours! I honestly thought it would take all day.
They worked smoothly together, inside and outside the house, keeping great communication the whole time. When the job was done, they cleaned up everything — no mess left behind.
Now my house is cool and cozy again, just how I like it. I couldn’t be happier with their teamwork, professionalism, and the quality of their work. Highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter — especially Carlos and Edgar — for anyone needing AC service!

Robert was great. He took the time to actually listen to my account of what transpired with the unit, he was able to diagnose the problem and provide recommendations. I was very pleased with feedback and grateful that the unit is still under warranty.

Max came out to wire up a new outlet for the new water heater that Jacob and his team installed. Both gentlemen were very professional and efficient! I would highly recommend them! John was the salesperson that definitely got me hooked up with the best tankless water heater system!

I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday 05/24/25 from 8:00 to 12:00 noon, Before noon I called them , to verify if they were coming in. They told me they were on their way. Around 12:20 pm , they called me , to tell me that they won't make it and I Have to reschedule for an other day. They made me waste all my Saturday Morning waiting for these unprofessional e irresponsible Group of People from ARS. The Good thing is that they are not the only AC service company. I will call a AC company more Responsible and committed. Good luck on your business ARS

Service technician was very, very good. Scheduling was at most a two star. I was never reminded that I needed to schedule my semi-annual service. I never got a reminder email or phone call reminding me of my upcoming service. I never received a warning that my service tech was running late. Also, ARS cancelled my service call twice prior on the day it was to take place.

Getting our HVAC replaced exceeded along with a leaky line could not have gone better. Thank you to all involved. A problem we have had for years with air flow was also addressed and solved! Thank you so much, ARS installation team.
