David was an amazing tech, fast friendly and knowledgeable. Explained a cool way to prevent Freon leakage from frequent service calls (every time you put a gauge on/off, you lose a small amount). 410 is now discontinued…so adding Freon in the future might be impossible…and would require a new ac that uses 454 instead.
This tip might one day save me or a future home owner thousands of AC replacement costs. Thanks David.

Came with 5 crew members. They tried to move my register as I requested but the design of house made it not possible but they tried! Rebuilt the floor the unit stands on and installed all in one day! The sales representative spent time and answering questions even when I asked twice. He followed up with messages even when I had issues. Even Responded when I had issues at night with my own electrical system. Even though their support staff does not work at night, they had representative answering the phone at 11pm was kind. Most importantly you can tell by the accent of the schedulers they were local not overseas. I had trouble with my breaker and then they replaced it labor free. Oh they were sweet to my dogs and my dogs approved the whole team! Also installed a purge protector because of our lovely electrical grid having a history of surges! And when I remembered at last minute to direct the condensation away from my foundation (mine was going on a up grade) they had no problems with that! Now my unit is up to code! And my slab with the house was not far enough away from house so they used the existing slab and new base to move it away from house. Also like the 10 yr warranty!

The tech did an outstanding job cleaning out the AC overflow line.
He worked diligently and kept us informed on his progress. He was personable and very polite. I highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

This is my first time getting service from ARS. I knew they were highly regarded but they were a bit out of my price range. I recently bought a new water heater from a big box store and ARS is the contractor they use as this installation was way over my head. Our estimator was great, thoroughly explaining everything about the installation. The main installer, Jacob L was awesome. He was a great communicator, very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic, professional job. I had an issue with sediment clogging my kitchen faucet which was completely expected due to the age of the old water heater. Jacob came back, found the issue and corrected it. I now have an upgraded faucet which was completely covered under the warranty. I’m very happy with ARS and the service I got.

We came home to an extremely hot home on a late Friday afternoon and called for a service technician. Roy Robert’s came out and did an excellent job of diagnosing our problem and was very patient explaining things to us. Cold air is now coming into the house and hopefully the 89* now inside the house will fall during the night. Great job Roy.

purchase a complete Air/Heating unit. We thought Austin did a great job explaining and presenting options for us. Very happy with the installers as well. Now just waiting for your election to replace the circuit breakers to the correct one.

Had an issue with my mini-split and the company sent Chris out right away. Chris did a fast and quality job identifying and repairing the issue, and he made sure I understood the process and that I got the full benefit of my warranty. Thank you, Chris!

Great customer service professional and courteous. Called ARS for a clogged kitchen sink, and what do you know, the Tech Peter showed up, and fixed the problem, same day. Couldnt ask for better service, and didn't break the bank.. ARS you guys are awesome, especially Peter, who really grew fond of my pet buddy Rex!

I called at 3 o’clock and by 5 he was here. He came very nice and even put slippers in so I didn’t have to worry about that. He did a great job on my tune up for my AC and also noted I needed to flush my ac drain more often.

I have always had great service. Mr. Efe made sure I could tell by looking at my unit. I live a hour away from his company office, so he would have the parts on the truck. So I would get my repairs sooner.
