Bryan did a great job explaining how and why the heat and thermostats stopped working. Leaking caused safety switch to automatically shut off and cleaning plus some previously recommended new parts I decided to go ahead with replacement. A lot of money but after 9 years hopefully will be worth it for snort decade.

Im not sure of the technicians name but he was very professional. We had an issue with our heating unit after a new thermostat was installed. He identified the problem and fixed it correctly as well as reinstalled the thermostat on the wall which was originally not installed perfectly. He cared and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He is an excellent representation of the company and its values. We are more than satisfied with the service.

Omar we is such a gentleman and explains what’s going on with my heating system so clearly. I’m sorry that I have to replace everything but he clarified what the problems are and I trust his suggestions. Thanks for sending him to help me.

Our Technician, Bryan, was courteous, kind and professional. He spent a good amount of time with the heating unit and picked up a detail that he alerted me about. He was knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy about added services just communicating the potential future concerns. I appreciated the excellent service Bryan provided. Thank you, Beutler!

Just had Armando from Beutler come to do a furnace maintenance. He was very friendly, professional, and best of all, he explained and showed (via pictures) all of the problems I had with my system thoroughly. I will definitely be asking for him the next time I schedule service!

The service tech that was checking on our plumbing was incredible. He listened and corrected any problems that could have come up in the future. Gave us an estimate on possible replacements that could be necessary. Can you inform me of any sales you have in the future to replace our water heater. Ours is 24 years old. Money is tight right now but let me know about any sales on water heaters.
