Jose did an outstanding job of inspecting all 3 of my heat pump systems at my site. He clearly explained the condition of each unit, showed a potential proposal for one of them that could help prolong the life of the system, and fully tested all system components to be in manufacturers specifications.

We had several plumbers come out, but this is the company that was able to fix the problem, affordably, and without drama. Special mention to the technician, Horatio, who knew the pipes well enough to access the sewers through the sink pipe, rather than removing the *entire* toilet at great expense as the other plumbers were "threatening" to do. Job was done in under an hour.

Office staff was very polite professional knowledgeable and compassionate for the situation we were in - service man showed up on time introduced himself and very polite- he asked the appropriate questions and answered all concerns took a look at the issue and situation and started reviewing the situation and looked at alternatives made some adjustments worked on the situation explained what he was doing and after a few adjustments was able to fix the issue

Willy and George recently installed a RUUD 2T GAS Split at my residence, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional knowledge, diligence, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
George went above and beyond by expertly setting up my new Google Nest Pro thermostat and ensuring it was working flawlessly before leaving. Both Willy and George took the time to thoroughly explain what I could expect from my new HVAC system and clearly outlined the next steps for inspections.
I especially appreciated George addressing my concerns about my old A/C unit. After the installation, he and Willy took the time to inspect the new unit with me, providing a detailed explanation that put my mind at ease.
Their professionalism extended to explaining the warranty, providing me with the necessary documentation and contact information.
I am incredibly happy with the service I received from Willy and George. They are a fantastic duo and a true asset to Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing!

Eddie Valentin with Buetler provided outstanding service during the maintenance of my heat pump system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and why. He made sure everything was running efficiently before he left and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. The Plumbing Technician, Donte Coleman, did an excellent job in fixing my toilet & shower clog. Even though he couldn't locate a toilet Clean Out, he told me what the cost would be to lift the toilet, to clear the Line. I told him to go ahead & do what he needs to clear the clog.
Donte, the Technician was very Professional & Courteous, knew what he was doing, explained the Pros & Cons of the job, & suggested to install a Clean Out Line so this problem won't happen again.
