After so many AC technicians put their hands on my Sister-in-law‘s unit they have destroyed The unit!
Thanks to Beutler air-conditioning and plumbing came out and was very knowledgeable. 100% accurate and did not rob us for money. I will always choose this company. Please ask for Steve.

The team who installed our system Shahab and Nali were efficient, polite, professional, and cleaned up afterward.
They brought the right equipment, arrived when they said they would, and did not disrupt our day.
They identified some minor problems, informed us of them, then solved them. .

Horacio installed our new toilet, including removing and disposing of the old one, plus the box, etc. He took the time to point out some issues and let me know what to look for in the future. Also, I bought incorrect hardware but fortunately he had the correct part in his van and was able to use that and didn’t charge me at all!
This was part of a Home Depot installation, so I didn’t exactly have a choice of companies, but I am very happy with the job he did and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. Will use again if I have any other issues around the house!

The service tech, Alante, came out same day, on a Saturday, with it being 102 degrees outside, got up on the roof and did what he had to do. AND not once did he complain about the heat or having to climb to the roof. He was a very kind, professional and informative technician. I wish more techs that come to the house, were more like him! Thank you Alante for being amazing!

I had contacted Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbling previously for a water heater replacement on a hydronic system. I was very pleased and happy with their repair services and customer service. So, for this time I had called them for a replacement on a flapper for the toilet tank. They sent a technician, Jeshua Walcott, out on the same day when I called. The technician was on time as estimated, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courtesy, polite, and respected my home with care. He wore shoe covers.
This leaves me with a peace of mind that I am in good hands with a reliable, efficient Air Conditioning Company. They take good care of their customers.

Great customer service! We are having their "Comfort Advisor" come out on Monday to explain everything. They waved their initial fee after hearing what Maverick charged me just to let me know they can't fix it. This is a good and reputable place and we will be using them for whatever our HVAC services are required!
