Donte just left our house - I was so impressed with the service. Quick, competent, pleasant. Explained exactly what the issues were, things to look out for, and answered all of my questions.

We had an absolute amazing sale and installation experience with Beutler. Hamid and Brandon did our installation. They were on-time, courteous, thorough, answered all our questions and completed the work in a very timely manner (leaving no trace they had been in our home except for the working heater and shiny new thermostat 😊). Thao, our Comfort Advisor was a pleasure to work with as was TMarion and JP. Will definitely be calling Beutler in the future for any ac and plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Bryan did a great job explaining how and why the heat and thermostats stopped working. Leaking caused safety switch to automatically shut off and cleaning plus some previously recommended new parts I decided to go ahead with replacement. A lot of money but after 9 years hopefully will be worth it for snort decade.

Im not sure of the technicians name but he was very professional. We had an issue with our heating unit after a new thermostat was installed. He identified the problem and fixed it correctly as well as reinstalled the thermostat on the wall which was originally not installed perfectly. He cared and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He is an excellent representation of the company and its values. We are more than satisfied with the service.
