Tmarion Newsom was awesome! He was professional, focused, and thorough. I couldn't have been happier with his work. Tmarion did preventive maintenance on both my heating and A/C unit. I would request his expertise again in the future.

My technician Tmarion Newsom was polite, respectful, kind and professional. I had my yearly maintenance check on my heating and air conditioning. Tmarion checked it in a timely manner. Now I’m talking about this one particular technician. I don’t know anything about the rest of the business nor the other technicians, but I had no qualms with this person nor his service at this time.

My technician Tmarion ****** was polite, respectful and professional. He explained to me what was going on with my heating and air, which turns out to be, OK, nothing major.I was satisfied and I am content so far. I feel I must tell you I did have my reservations with the company because of all the negative reviews, but my technician was great.

Shout out to Doug, Milo and Abel. They did a great job with the repipe and it passed inspection today. Although, it’s been difficult to get ahold of billing for an invoice and scheduling. Still need to back fill the trench and complete drywall. Hopefully I will hear back from them on by Monday.

I started this experience uneasy due to the fact that I am a fairly new home owner (3 years) and finding out I needed to replace my HVAC so soon was a bit scary to be honest. But I knew I had to stay focused and take whatever action necessary to keep my home maintained for my daughter and I.
The first interaction with the tech was okay.. being a new experience for me I truly wasn’t sure what to expect, but I knew it would be an expensive project so I mostly gave this tech the benefit of the doubt and hoped he had the best interest for us. Unfortunately, once installation day came so did some pretty serious concerns. I will leave the tech nameless for the simple fact that once I escalated my concerns, the proper accountability was taken.
Bianca the Service Coordinator and JP the Sales Manager really took immediate action to save my project. I actually would not have continued if it wasn’t for their assurance, accountability and respect they gave me as a customer to write some pretty serious wrongs.
Bianca and JP are the reason this review is 5 stars, I am still in the beginning stages of my project and while I understand things out of our control can happen.. I can finally feel at ease for the first time since starting this process that these two individuals really showed up for me and gave me the utmost confidence that they will continue to make that show.
To me.. A company is not judged by their struggles, but instead by the way they handle it. And in my experience I can truly say these two went above and beyond.

Update:
Today, my new HVAC install has officially been completed and I am 1000000% satisfied with the level of service given to me. I want to especially thank the main Installer Pedro who was SOOO attentive from beginning to end as well as the additional workers Horacio, Josh and Dillan who are all extremely appreciated as well!
It was a BIG job and they ALL did absolutely amazing!!!!
I am beyond grateful 🙏🏼

The technician was incredibly kind and courteous and got straight to business. Showed and explained everything he was doing so I could understand the issue clearly. Easy scheduling. Dispatch/reception were very friendly and helpful. No one made me feel dumb for not being handy with plumbing.

Nathaniel was very pleasant and explained all possible problem areas with photos he had taken of the furnace. He did not try to sell us any products but made us aware of any possibilities. He made recommendations on certain parts if there should be a problem.

Tmarion was very informative and explained everything to me before he did the inspection and air conditioner cleaning . Took his time but did a complete job. Very glad he’s employed by your company ☺️today did a complete inspection of my system it’s working better now . He has a great attitude and personality.
