I had the piping replaced in my whole house and the experience was even better than I hoped. Frankie and Joe were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend the services from this team and company.

Technician was thorough and covered multiple items after checking the heating system. He advised multiple items that he considered might be necessary for repair or replacement. He was very friendly and personable. He exhibited the sales traits that Blue Dot Technicians have always done.

System looks great no complaints. Brian and Chris we very respectful of our home laying down padding and did a good job of cleaning up. Brian also stayed to make sure the Nest install worked properly. Thanks Blue Dot for overall satisfaction!

I am so impressed with blue dot. 40 yrs in our home three furnaces being installed. Complete failures.. Blue Dot gets the reward with the installation of a new units furnace and AC. So happy. Customer service is great technicians are awesome. Just had our new furnace cleaned today buy Antonia Johnson. He took his time and a very nice man. Would highly recommend Blue Dot Thank you for always being awesome.

I was getting cold and I couldn't use the thermostat....it had too many functions
I called Blue Dot and Michael came and. Showed me how to use it....he was so nice and he went above and beyond !
He even helped me to change the smoke detector battery in the furnace room !
I'm a senior and it meant a lot to me
The only thing I didn't get was the senior discount that the operator said I could get..... maybe they will
I would use this company again
