The technician was curious and professional. I took advantage of a $49 summer tune-up offer! Great price! My furnace and A/C was installed April of 2020 by Blue Dot also at a great price! Technician stated all is in good operating order, clean and no need for any services at this time. The only suggestion was to put a cover over outside A/C Unit during winter to keep clean from snow, leaves, debris and spiders. I had never heard this before and will definitely be doing that. Thank you Blue Dot. I am a happy customer!

Highly recommend Bluedot! I had both my central air and heating system replaced in the past year. I had a strange message pop up on my new thermostat. The technician (Rose) that was sent out was super courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was able to reprogram the thermostat and fix the issues within just a few minutes.
The visit was also covered by my 10-year warranty so I wasn’t charged. Another plus!

I needed several visits from a variety of techs. All were super accommodating, friendly and helpful. While I did have some issues with a new Carrier unit, all the problems were resolved. Blue Dot is now my new go-to HVAC company.

Anthony Bobb and Khoury Harris came out today and inspected my HVAC system for the $19 special. They did a very thorough job and were very polite in answering all questions I had. They made me aware of Blue Dot services and at no point tried to sell me on anything. I would certainly recommend them for service and contact them in the future.

The tech, Rose , came in , looked at my heating system issue and explained to me what was going on. He was very knowledgeable about heat pumps and auxiliary heat , which is what I have and he explained to me how it works to heat my home. He was very professional and made recommendations as to what I needed to make the system run efficiently. He checked my AC unit outside, set my thermostat to cooling and checked that it cooled my home, then set the thermostat to heating and did the same. Rose was an efficient and exceptional worker. It was good having someone explain the operations of the system and why it was heating the way that it did.

I needed a replacement part, as discovered during my semi annual service call. Collin came, understood the issue, had the part, replaced the part, explained what the part does and why it needed to be replaced and made friends with the dog. Good job all around.
