Called for service and was given an appointment for a few hours later. I had a leak somewhere between 2 bathrooms on the second floor. Inconsistently drips when the bathrooms aren't in use. Stains on the ceiling. We could not figure out where it was coming from. We already had cut a hole in the ceiling trying to determine the source and couldn't. Thomas took the time to check everything when he noticed a wet spot in that hole. I cut another hole on the other side of the joist and there it was... a tiny drip coming from one of the toilets. Thomas checked again and sure enough the one above the new hole rocked slightly front to back. He reset the toilet and replaced the seal and no more drips! Excellent service and very friendly! Highly recommend ARS!

The technician knew exactly where to look and the problem was diagnosed within seconds. Technician was quite knowledgeable in what was needed to correct this issue. Thanks Kevin!!!

Jamal was great and knowledgeable. Communication with the company was great. I was skeptical at first having them come out due to being afraid of being over charged. But it over all was a good experience

Evan was very professional and went through all the parts of my AC and heating unit to show what it looked like inside and out. He also share some things that could be cleaned but nothing that would be detrimental to my system at this point and gave me some suggestions. He also shared that ARS has a monthly program that I may consider checking out. Thank you again for your time and expertise.

Received same day service with the plumbing problem resolved in a timely manner. The technician Kevin Snyder was courteous and professional and provided a clear explanation of the issue. I was so pleased with the service that I scheduled a second appointment with ARS Charleston to help with my HVAC system.

James, Josh and Raul went above and beyond, working late into the night on short notice to complete a water heater install so I could continue with a home sale. I was very frustrated with the call center service giving me the run-around, and ended up having to call 5 times to clarify when the service appointment would be. Once I finally got to speak directly to the plumbers/techs they did everything they could to make it right, and James was extremely communicative through the whole process. The cost was also 25% lower than Roto Rooter, who tried to charge me $95 for a quote over the phone without ever going to the residence.

We got connected with ARS through Lowe's when we went to buy a water heater. The came out the next day to discuss our needs and gave three different options. The service guy was friendly and helpful. Once we made our decision an install date was scheduled and he showed up on time and got the job done well. He was super friendly and explained everything thoroughly.

Austin from ARS arrived on time today for a system tune-up. In addition to being really nice person, he was both professional and patient in explaining what he was going to do. He then went through the steps he outlined, throughly assessed the HVAC system, made some minor adjustments and retested the system. Bottom-line a very competent and nice guy that did a great job. Great reflection on the overall company. I would use them again for sure.

We had a hot water heater replaced today up in the attic being 3 stories up! 😳 Thomas was awesome coming in while I was away! 👍🏻👏🏻🙏🏻
Reasonable price at $2,500 as compared to other bids being $4,000+ James was also a great communicator with me being away.

A huge thank you to ARS/Rescue Rooter in Charleston (with a side shout out to Brian Frost at Home Depot for pointing me in their direction before I purchase a new toilet). Scheduling with ARS was so fast and easy, from the initial call to service visit, and everything was completed within three hours. Kevin from ARS arrived well within the promised timeframe, quickly assessed the replacement situation and patiently answered every question I had. Thanks to his professionalism and clear explanations, I now know exactly what to order and I’ll be requesting Kevin specifically when it’s time for the installation. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had a pipe bust outside my house on Sunday afternoon. Luckily I had a water key to turn the water off myself. I called Rescue Rooter Monday morning early and they got a tech out to me within an hour and a half. He was very professional he was very neat very knowledgeable he fixed my problem.Then gave me some suggestions for my future plumbing needs and left a customer happy which was me:-)

Had great experience using ARS for the first time and with my first home! My HVAC was due for maintenance but it went out before I made an appointment, called ARS and was immediately given an appointment for the next morning. It was easy to reschedule the time and there was great communication. Austin the Technician was great and checked everything with the HVAC system, providing recommendations for future capacitor replacement. The weekend after, my AC was still acting weird and Austin came back to diagnose the issue. Very helpful and great pricing, did not charge me for the second time as it was so close to my previous appointment. Will be reaching out for my normal maintenance and recommending to others!
