I had a pipe back up in my kitchen. Both sinks were filling up. I called ARS within an hour. They had their representative to my house. Jonathan was well informed. He checked everything for the best possible result and took care of the problem. It wasn't overly expensive and I was very grateful as I hadn't been working for a couple of months and I was actually scared to make the phone calls so ARS did the job. Thank you, Jonathan

Excellent service from Raul when we had a plumbing issue with our house. Very professional and hard working. Did not give up until the problem was resolved and completely cleaned up his work area afterwards. Would definitely use again!

Will definitely recommend ARS to come to your aid. Previous experience with them was truthfully not worth remembering. This encounter under the direction of a new manager was wonderful. Can't to get our recurring problem finally resolved.

Raul is AMAZING!! Major plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and he got everything fixed until we could get the job done permanently. All in the pouring rain and the best demeanor. James, his manager, also AMAZING!! Always available when I needed him and no question was too trivial. I highly recommend ARS

The workers were prompt and quickly evaluated the outside air conditioning unit. Finding no problems which would create a water damage problem, they went under the house and crawled to the area in question. They explained the water issue under the house and recommended that we see another company which would be better able to help. I appreciate their honesty.

Initial technician visit was great. Scheduled same day. Technician needed a part to fix my a/c. I called ARS three times over the next week for update. They said they'd get right back to me. Never returned calls with any updates. 8 days after first visit, tech showed up.
