Tommy with ARS was very professional. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He was able to identify a part to be replaced and only did what was needed.

We found ARS when we were shopping at Lowe’s. They were great getting us a free estimate the same day! The representative, Jordan, was nice. We got our service scheduled. A couple things to note.. when asked about what we needed to have electrically completed, we were given incorrect information, which cost us more time and money to fix. The service tech that came out to install was nice but they did leave some screws on top of unit and electrical debris scattered next to and along the side yard. I did reach out to Jordan with some questions about the work that was completed which included some holes in a covering but I never heard back. The unit installed is cooling nicely and we look forward to using our space more often. I wish the communication was more seamless and the tech had just a touch more attention to detail and care.

Had a plumbing backup in our main line. It was Saturday of a holiday weekend and they had someone out within 2 hours. Raul was able to get the backup resolved pretty easily and was such a nice guy.

I was so happy to see Colin when he came. He was the last person that came to my house and I paid him $662 for a part to be ordered. After almost 2 months of hearing nothing from ARS . I told him about the situation and he was surprised that I had not received the part. He had the part on the truck and installed it. I don’t know why I hadn’t gotten it earlier, but I am very pleased to have everything working properly. Coleman is a very professional person and I am pleased with his concern for the delay I experienced. I called 4 times to speak with someone in management but they made no effort to return my calls. This was very disappointing and gave me concern about continuing to use ARS services. I am grateful that this issue has been addressed and all is well. I hope management becomes more responsive towards its customers concerns.
