I went to 3 different companies to take a look at my furnace and ac units and I am glad I didn’t go with them. Not that they were bad but first off Alberto gave me the entire break down which I really appreciate! His professionalism and knowledge definitely peaked my interest and my wife and I decided to go with ARS. The next day Adam, Gabriel and Paul (the electrician) installed my furnace and ac. They were very professional answered all of my questions and Adam gave me the best walk thru when the job was complete. They even wore shoe covers to not track dirt in my house. WOW! I am very excited to not face a winter with the worry about my furnace from 96’ going out again. I even have ac for the first time since I’ve lived at my house in 09’. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going with Ars and especially having Gabriel, Adam and Paul as the dream team! They even cleaned up when the job was finished. Thank you Adam l, Gabriel, Alberto and Paul! You all deserve a raise!

The guy was great, he was very polite, explained everything to me, this is the type of service guy that me and my wife like meeting, I am very pleased. He deserves to be awarded, thank you I am setting up my next appointment now.

Had been having a drain leak from the kitchen drain to the laundry drain downstairs below the kitchen. Our remodel plumber told us to get someone out to video the drain to see its issues. We called ARS, and Sal Martinez came out the next day. To condense this review, everything turned out wonderfully. Sal was so communicative, personable and professional. Solved our problems, and wouldn’t hesitate to call ARS, and ask for Sal should the need ever arise.

I had the best experience ever with Kevin Serrano. He spent the time needed to find the problem with my furnace. I had two other company's out last year for the same problem and it took Kevin coming out to figure out what the problem was and replace the part needed. The price for the part was awesome. Kevin was not only experienced, but he was also so kind and friendly. Thanks Kevin for everything!

I've been using ARS since I moved into my house 23 yrs ago. Today was furnace maintenance by Al and he made sure I am ready for winter. He was very professional and informative making sure I knew what needed to be done.

From when I scheduled my appt to the check-in text messages confirming my appt and when Matt came to the rescue thank you so much! Ben L. was very humble, pleasant and polite. He explained what they will be doing from start to finishing. The installation process of my AC unit was well done, they cover their shoes while working inside my home and I am happy for that. They explained to me how to use the Google Nest app to control my AC temp. I will 100% recommend Ben Lujan and ARS rescue rooter to friends and neighbors. Thank you.

Fast availability, Senior Tech, Sal, I would request him, he’s one of their best kept secrets, was contact when he was on the way. He wears shoe covers, provides checklist and goes over thoroughly, he changed dirty filter, wrote size, type, of filter, would refer to friends and family and use again.

We want to thank ARS Rescue Rooter, especially the HVAC technician, Kevin Serrano, for his professionalism in doing his work. He was very kind, and he answered all our questions; he explained the functioning of the new thermostat very clearly. And, he also speaks Spanish.

We were very happy with our sales rep Anthony as his expertise, patience and assurance made us feel we had made the right choice. He answered all our questions and made us comfortable with the AC installation cost and process. Matt and Cody worked all day to install the AC unit which is currently working well. ARS sent Brian to patch sheetrock and he did a great job.
