Rescue rooter was AWESOME! Most importantly, VIctor was AWESOME!! Thank God we had this company to come and help us when our main line backed up. We would be absolutely be dead in the water without them haha

Alberto from sales came to the house the day after our work order was submitted. He was not in a hurry, and answered all my questions about the 3 selections I was choosing from. He is a knowledgable, very kind and patient man. The installation crew arrived the next morning, the whole crew knew their specific jobs and got right to work. Chris(the electrician), Matt(team leader), Chase and Coby. It was a long day for the guys, but they completed our whole project that day, and, they clean as they go, so nothing was left behind. We got a new furnace and heat pump, so they were working inside and outside.
Heather at the office, helped with the paperwork for our rebate from Xcel energy. This is an amazing company to work with. Kudos everyone, we appreciate you all!

My instillation process was a complete success I highly recommend Matte and Cody they are an amazing team ,they where very professional and friendly towards my husband and I ,and my dogs love to visit with them .They stayed all night to get the job done , they went through every single process even when they finished .I highly recommend Ars rescue rooters.
Chris Odiah was absolutely amazing towards me and husband when starting the process .He went through every bit of the upcoming installation process and talked us through what products he would recommend to buy .
He took his time to make sure the job would be done on time and smoothly and he has a great sense of humor with me and my dogs .
I highly recommend the whole team .

I was rescheduled a few times but once Sal showed up everything was smooth and cared for efficiently and with care. He took the time to check everything, explained my options and completed the work the same day.

Was skeptical of the company based on online reviews, but based on my experience, I was very satisfied. Darán was the technician who did the servicing of our furnace and AC. Darán did a thorough job of servicing both the furnace and AC unit. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and what the results of testing and if they met specifications. Our AC unit did not pass so we did end up having to pay an additional amount and after the service was completed the cooling temperature was noticeably improved . Darán was very amicable and explained how the coolant levels were quite low. Despite the additional charges, we were confident that Darán only did the necessary work and at a fair price. Darán was quite competent and we are very satisfied with the services rendered.

Pierre, our service technician, who was at our house before for a furnace tuneup, was terrific, like last time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Worked quickly and gave us helpful advice about maintaining our system.

I had a mainline clog that they were able to address, and they also installed a pressure release valve same day. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend Lance and Victor.

I've been using ARS since I moved into my house 24 yrs ago. Today AC maintenance was done by Marcus and he made sure I am ready for Summer. He was very professional and informative making sure I knew what needed to be done.
