I was at Home Depot. They had ARS come out just to consult on my furnace that needed to be fixed. I was told by Justin Lowell That they would charge $100 to come out, which is the service charge to look at it. I checked with other HVAC companies to find out that it is my pump that has went out on a Rheem Furnace. I called ARS this morning was told by their service department that they do not service my area. That wasn’t good to hear.

James did an outstanding job coming over to inspect and remediate our extremely clogged service line. He spent hours at our house and on the phone with us, way more so than any other company we talked to (and we got a lot of quotes!). His professionalism and care really stood out as the best of like 5 plumbing companies we had to investigate the issue. Thank you James!!!

Our heater broke down on a night that was 25° and we woke up to a freezing house. We called ARS heating. Even though it was on a Saturday morning, when no other heating company was available on an emergency basis. ARS was able to come out the same afternoon, got our heater going again And gave us a bid for servicing the heater to fix the different parts that were Broken that was a less expensive offer than the other company we had talked to. We give them five stars for their quick and expert service and their cooperative and caring attitude

To whom it may Concern:I have spent over 20K for an HVAC that isn't distrubuting the heat equally throughout the house. We have some rooms that are super hot and other rooms that are cold. They claimed that by putting a Sensor in the cold spot that would correct the problem. It did not correct the problem. The last time I spoke with ********* ******* he was rude and wouldn't care to listen to me about my concerns. He kept on being a fast talker and would repeat that they could come and take out their system leaving me without heat. He said they would not replace or bring back the system they took out. It is my opinion that he doesn't care about the customer. Poor Business Practices. I have also called ***** and the office and no one is responding. What does this really tell you about the lack of responsability from a company? ** *******

Salvatore Addotta was phenomenal! Very nice guy!!!! He was very professional and knowledgeable. In Colorado, my husband I own a small condo and 40 acres of land and we also have two rental properties in a different state. We have a managing company that manages those properties and we are gonna request to use this company (ARS) from now on!!!! We have been using ARS for the past couple of years in Colorado and we are extremely pleased with the service.
